Office Depot — Attraction in Greenwood Village

I just had such a positive experience in the store I wanted to leave a review! Two days ago I went to another Office Depot location where nobody asked me if they could help me, the store was a mess and the signage was absent, which meant I had to wander around the whole store with a cart that had a bad wheel to try and find what I needed since nobody offered to help. I did not leave with a good impression. However, as soon as I walked into THIS location, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding anything. The store was clean and well-stocked, signs were clearly labeled so I was able to walk right to The item I needed. Anthony helped me find the right products and he could not have been more kind, courteous, or helpful! I needed a large number of shipping boxes—around 50 to 100—for a big sale, so I called a few stores in Denver. I ended up reaching out to the Office Depot in Greenwood Village and spoke with Trevor. He was incredibly helpful from the start. Not only did he find the exact box sizes and weight capacity I needed, but he also called me back before I even arrived to let me know about a small inventory hiccup they had discovered. He explained the situation clearly and assured me he had a solution ready by the time I got there.

When I arrived, Trevor had already resolved the issue. He even introduced me to the Business Select program that could help us in the future and took the time to recommend other supplies we might need. He personally helped load everything into my car. Trevor was polite, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping. It’s truly rare to find such outstanding service these days....

I had a very bad experience at this store. I had to take some photocopies and was made to wait for 15 minutes. There were sales people around but no one even acknowledged my presence. After 15 minutes I was told that I would be taken care of in a few minutes. Then was pointed to the direction for a self service photocopy machine. I could have saved those 15 minutes if someone had just asked me what I need.

Again at the cash counter while we were waiting for our turn, my toddler son was picking something up from the greeting cards section. I was trying to pull him back. The person at the cash register called me when it was my turn. I had to pick my son and get to the cash counter. She could not be polite enough to wait for me and was calling me again and again. In a matter of 5 seconds, she called me thrice.
