I have stayed at this property several times (2011-2014) without any issues until recently. Although, this visit (check-in Jun 14-17, 2019) was like the past two other visits (June 2018 and Sept 2018). Upon checking into my hotel room I noticed several strands of hair stuck to the wall in the shower/tub and on the floor of the bathroom. I phoned down to the front desk advising what was going on and the young lady apologized and advised they would be moving me to another room.
Upon moving and checking into the second room, I noticed human finger nail clippings on the floor and (like previous stays) I found dead bugs on the dresser behind the TV and the desk had several spots that were dirty/sticky. The vanity with the bathroom was also dirty. I again phoned down to the fount desk and further advised what shape this room is in. the young lady apologized again and advised she would send someone up to take care of the issues.
Moments later a male employee by the name Jon arrived with a vacuum and individual disposable cleaning cloths in a yellow package. Jon then proceeded to vacuum up the toe nails from the carpet. Jon then begun to look at the desk and I pointed out where several spots on the desk were dirty. The dirty spots were of an oily/sticky substance. Jon then spot touched up the desk and then attempted to leave. I reminded Jon that the vanity around the sink was also dirty and I would like that to be cleaned as well. Jon's response was "there isn't anything I can do" I then requested if Jon was able to leave a few of the disposable cleaning cloths. Jon responded "I can't, these are personal items". This response was absolutely unacceptable. Once Jon left I phoned back down to the front desk and came in contact with the same young lady. I advised what had transpired and further advised, if I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies to clean this room there was going to be a much bigger problem. The young lady advised she would be up. Once the young lady arrived I advised the vanity was still dirty and further showed her I was able to scrape an unknown substance off of the vanity with my finger nail. The young lady cleaned the vanity and also left more of the disposable cleaning cloths with me. All I ever want is to be checked into a clean room, Ins't that what I'm paying for?!?!
On Sat Jun 15th 2019, I attempted to take a shower and the only thing available was the shampoo. Both the conditioner and the body wash were out. I went down to the front desk and noticed the same young lady from the previous night was back working that morning. I notified her that both the conditioner and body wash were out. I also requested if there was a manager available. The young lady advised there was suppose to be a manager on duty and they had not arrived yet. The young lady then proceeded to phone the female manager and requested when they would be in and was advised another manager (male) was suppose to be there. The young lady further advised that neither the male manager was in and proceeded to phone the male manager without no luck. The young lady advised she would have someone up to fill the conditioner and body wash.
On Mon Jun 17th 2019, I checked out and spoke with Tonia (Assistant Manager) according to Tonia, Matt advised her that there were a few issues with my room and also advised there issues with my previous stays. Tonia advised she would be looking into the issues and address Jon's attitude/response in reference to the poor customer service.
Overall, the beds (A+) are very nice, location (A) is nice, customer service (F) and cleanliness (F) are far...

Read moreI stayed at the Courtyard Denver Tech Center one night, and when I woke up in the morning, the electricity was out. I was staying here for work, and needed to be able to work in the morning with WiFi and outlets. When I went down to the front desk, I asked them about the electricity being out and if they knew how long it was going to be out for. They were extremely rude to me, and told me it was out because of construction outside. When I told them that I needed to be able to work, so asked if there were any coffee shops (i.e. Starbucks) nearby that I could go to to work, the woman said "well we don't want to lose your business you can buy coffee here". I told her I didn't care about the coffee, that I needed internet and that's why I needed to go to Starbucks. She continued to tell me that Marriott wouldn't want to lose my business so that I should buy coffee here. I again told her it wasn't the coffee, it was the WiFi that I needed, and she rolled her eyes and looked down at her desk. I walked over to the cafe area to get coffee, and there was no one at the counter. Another guest and I were standing waiting when we heard what sounded like cups in the back. We went around the corner, and the associates that were supposed to be working were playing flip cup back in the kitchen. The other guest was so frustrated that she left. I went back up to the front desk and said "can you please go get them so I can get coffee, they're playing flip cup in the back instead of helping me" to which neither of them apologized. The younger male went back in the kitchen to go get them, but never came back. Finally, someone else came from a different area of the hotel to give me my coffee. As she was getting my coffee, the rude woman from the front desk walked over as well and said "are you going to have her pay for that? or i guess just write your initials since the electricity is out?" to which I said "i am a Platinum Rewards member at Marriott, and was told I would be on a list for free coffee". She looked at me and said "i was talking to her." and then continued to ignore me. They finally gave me my coffee, and I immediately went back to my room, packed up, and left. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The service is awful and the associates are rude and...
