I drove 20min from Littleton on 3/18/21 just to have this for dinner and I had probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The store closes at 8pm and I arrived at 7:15pm to order one poke bowl for myself. The worker never greeted me and awkwardly stared at me in silence (literally heavily sighing like he wanted me to know that I was inconveniencing him) until I made it to the counter, even after I said "hello!". I noticed he basically already closed up and covered all the food so I asked him if he was still open (the OPEN sign was on bright and blinking). He deeply sighed and said "yes". He was visibly annoyed that I was there so I told him not to worry about it and I will leave. I then walked out and he did not say one thing to me and went back to cleaning. Just watched a customer walk out the door for no reason other than he simply did not want to ruin his very premature cleaning to serve me. I have never left a restaurant feeling so uncomfortable. I can guarantee you there are hundreds of restaurants that would kill for business during a time like this. I notified the store for the sake of future customers having to deal with this treatment but, based off the reviews, I'm sure I won't be hearing back from anyone.
Steer clear of this store!!! I definitely will not be back. I would rather give my business to a restaurant that appreciates their customers and addresses issues like rude workers costing them business. Clearly you guys are aware of your customer service issues but choose to turn...
Read moreI love Poke, but I didn't like this place at all. The quality of the food was not there. I wanted a small salad, but here, in order to get a salad you have to get a medium bowl. The "medium" bowl is the same size as a small at other Poke locations so i'm up-charged. The spicy tuna was really bland. It was "spicy", but that was about it. I decided to dip it in the sauces that I had to help it out a bit, but that was a let down too. The spicy Aioli was was too hot. Now, I like spicy food and it doesn't scare me at all, but this was too hot to enjoy. The sesame sauce was just sesame oil. The citrus yuzu was the only edible one I had. A weird one was their ginger. I have no idea what they were trying to do with that. It was bright pink (dyed), but it was salty and sour. The final let down was the "Miso" soup. I don't know what it was, but it was not miso. It tasted like they ran low on the soup and went next door to sprouts and bought some chicken broth to cut it with. I know a lot of people like this place, but I won't be returning. It just wasn't for me. If this were my introduction to Poke, I would not...
Read more4/19/25-this store adds additional fees that other Poke Cities in the Denver Metro area do not do. Like they limit your topping and then charge you extra. They have no signage about these charges and they do not tell you about it as they are building your food with you and you only know when you look at your receipt. Horrible customer service. Go to the other locations and boycott this one until they match what the other stores do and don't do sneaky charges.
Old: The sign on the door says open 7 days a week, but they were closed. We got there at 11:35 am and they were supposed to open at 11am. They need to fix their signage if they are not...
