Replacement screen was very costly, and I chose them because of all my past experiences (at Heights location), and the one year warranty . Well 2 days later my new screen developed small hairline cracks on the edge and just when calling back They were discouraging my bringing it back in under warranty saying that damage made by Me wasn't covered and I explained it was not dropped or mishandled. Without seeing it , They insinuate I damaged it, so it was very disappointing to say the least. I've been a faithful Customer for Years and even recommended Many Customers. That is no longer going to be the case. They could have just offered to replace the screen only (I had to purchase new screen, frame and battery although only my screen had an issue). I was charged over 300.00 dollars and two days later right back in the same boat with a messed up screen. I even called Customer service and they confirmed that I deed there have been instances of the screens developing issues on their own (although rare, still has happened) they said take it to the shop I purchased it from, and it would be covered. After calling twice to ensure with 2 different people that they had the parts and equipment needed to repair my phone I show up, before we even finish introductions the tech has ripped my case off my phone ( which I have the samsung fold 4 so that means I have to buy new adhesives to stick the case back on) and then proceeded to take it to the back where he rips off the screen protector ( which without going into too many details on the fold is REQUIRED for use due to the design of the phone, without it you run a high risk of shattering the phone when opening or closing the phone) and then decides to check if he actually has the equipment,
which he did not..... after I had called twice to confirm because I did not want to drive across Houston for nothing
they then proceed to tell me that they will try to get the equipment but with the screen protector off I had no choice I had to get it done that day or risk breaking an overly expensive phone.
0/10 would not recommend, cant speak to their repair skills as they didn't even try with my phone but I can definitely say no professionalism...
   Read moreI'm didn't receive the professional, exceptional service that others have received. I dropped my phone off here at 12pm today and left my phone number and kindly asked for them to call me when the phone was ready. They said they were a lilttle busy and that's fine, and I only asked for a phone call. Wrote it down for them and everything. Did they do that? No. I had to call them. I pick up my phone this afternoon only to get back to work and find that the SIM card is not in my phone. They work on phones all day...it's their business and they didn't have enough of a care to make sure my phone was ready to go. I only have so much time on work breaks. I come back over here at 5 and say that I am here for my SIM card. I placed the phone on the counter and the gentleman places the SIM card next to my phone. I just look at him. Sir. The least you could do is put it where it goes. He gets the clue, puts it in and doesn't apologize for me having to come back up here. Doesn't wish me well. Doesn't thank me for my business. He looks past me and brings the next customers up. Foul. Bad customer service. The screen is cool though. I guess that's all...
