Oh this was an experience. Completely different to my experience yesterday. Today I went in for the EXACT same print as today. Different guy there and a manager. I asked for the same item printed on sticker peel off back paper. Yesterday it took him about 2 min to print it and hand it to me. No cutting or anything nice and easy. Today I went in one of the first ppl in the store I went early!! I waited 15 min as this guy hand printed and cut this woman’s order of like 100 pictures. I ask for my 2 min print he acts like he didn’t know what a sticker what called manager over manager takes charge and tells him all about these labels (I don’t want that at all) I say no I want a regular print on sticker back paper just thro the paper in printer and click print. The manager gets mad at my comment says fine do it that way and as he walks away he tells the clerk in his ear piece that I’ll have to wait and they will do it later that day at it’s store policy not to do it right away…. I said what?? I desperately need this in the hour!!! He says I’ll take you number and call you when it was done. He then moved on to the next person and Processes their print order !!!! I was called over 3 hours later asking me how many I wanted !!! That’s right how are you going to call me when it’s done but didn’t even take down my order….? I missed my entire event over an immature manager and an incompetent employee....
Read moreIt seems nowadays, no one cares about the customer, or having great customers service. I walked in the store at 8:34, one customer is in the store, with two employees, no one greeted me. In fact, when I went to find someone to help me, the two employees were talking and did not stop, until I interrupted and asked for the product needed. When I asked, the employee told me I could find it between these two aisles. The employee did not stop talking to show me, remember I was the only one in the store. Once, I was walking out of the store, you would think the employee would ask, " Did you find what you were looking for?' Nope, just continued to talk to the other employee.
My occupation is mystery shopping, so I do know some companies care about how their customers are treated. Most of the companies that do not care, close down. REMEMBER THE CUSTOMERS PAYS THE BILLS AND...

He layed his “phone” down, walked over to ring up my item while asking me, did you come from the line? I responded, no I am on a deadline and don’t have time to stand in line. The redhead responded, I shouldn’t take you ahead of others. I responded, if you were not playing on your “phone” there would not be a long line. He pushed my items back to me telling me I can go stand in line! I watched him walk away, pick up a short stack of papers as if he is working instead of helping the cashier.
