Just today I went in as I wanted to use the restroom as I really needed to go. The oriental looking lady at the concierge desk I asked and she said that there is no public restroom. And then I asked they must be one on the ground floor. Her response was that "is there anything besides the restroom I can help you with? At the time I just walked away but I did not like it. It was insult to injury her speech being, " Is there anything else besides the restroom I can help you with. If she did not help me with what I asked at the time what is the point of her saying that. Besides that lady and maybe the management is not nice to help a person out who needs restroom....
