Lounge Leunes Bar — Restaurant in Honesdale

This was the second attempt at this place and needless to say total disaster once again. The first time we went was for a taco Tuesday. Tacos left little to be desired and the wait staff was pretty much non-existent at that time. The second time was this past week we stopped in for wing night. They had live music which was a plus, it wasn't incredibly busy and we were sat at a table. The waitress asked us what we wanted to drink and we got two beers. Menus were dropped off at that time and well 20- 25 minutes past, and Nothing!! No checking on us, no nothing. Another disaster and waste of time. Cash will put on the table we left and went elsewhere. I'm not sure what their goal is here what customer service isn't...

Came here for an after dinner drink. Was expecting a bit more. Its elegant looking on the outside. Inside was nice. Pool table. But the bartender had absolutely no personality and made us feel like we were keeping her there. Then she disappeared for 10 minutes. No one behind the bar. Strange. We didn't have any food so I can't comment on that. Would not go back. Not inviting. No personality. Felt like an outsider bothering them for a drink. Edit: Just discovered the chef was let go. Very disappointed.

Came just for food, and was not expecting the quality. Wife and I are back in town staying at settlers, and our old friends recommended the food. The chef knows how to cook. Really encouraging after seeing places like dyberry forks lower their standards due to labor shortages and inflation.
