Ordered 3 sandwiches for takeout. The menu is a cross between a deli and a low-end diner or luncheonette.
The French dip was just some microwaved roast beef on an untoasted roll with some sauteed onions tossed on top (not the caramelized ones listed in the menu). The au jus was really just brown colored salt water.
The burger we ordered was overcooked from our request, and the sauteed mushrooms on it were instead rubbery ones from a can, heated maybe just a couple of seconds on the griddle instead of actually cooked.
The chicken sandwich ordered seemed okay, except that we ordered it with cheese added, which they forgot. They tipped it with deli style shredded lettuce.

I expressed we weren't really happy with our dining experience to the waitress and she really didn't offer any resolution....
