The girl took my order and I patiently waited for my drink. Now, 12 drinks later [both over iced and blended] I was a bit upset but, the girl realized that my drink had not been made yet. I knew they were busy so,I waited again and stepped closer to the hand of plane so they could see me waiting for a good while now. The cashier said that my drink would be ready in a second and I said okay no problem. Finally after 5 more drinks and one lady getting her drink literally in under a minute and I was fed up. Poor costumer service, what made me upset was the lack of communication and resolve that they offered me. Then one of the guys said maybe someone took my drink while I carefully saw each drink being made. I requested a refund with nothing more than a apology from one of the guys that had nothing to do with the transition. He was honestly the only...

Worst thing about about a boba shop is if it your drink tastes watered down. I can happily say these guys do NOT do that.

We tried:

  1. Thai Green Tea w/ Boba. Tasted like it was 50% your typical Thai tea + 50% green tea. Very creamy and very flavorful. Some people may think it’s too sweet but I loved it. I never had that combination before and I was glad I tried something new.

  2. Taro Cream Blend w/ Boba. This is your typical taro milk tea slush (blended with ice). Great flavor.

Only ā€œbadā€ thing to say is that is on the bottom floor of the food court and so it’s pretty loud and people don’t pick up after themselves. It’s the mall so don’t have too high expectations for atmosphere. Also, it is pretty pricey and would have liked the price to been lower.

Overall: I would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in...

if I could give zero stars I would. im sorry to be rude but there was flies in the powder and the customer service was terrible. To top it off the drinks had absolutely no flavor or any natural flavors. all I saw them make was scoops of powder mixed with water. they ran out so many supplies and also lied to my sister.my drink was held by the lady til my sisters drink was completed which caused my drink to be very watered down. i always pay merely 10 dollars at another place who uses better quality items. the only reason I'm writing this review because the coconut cream tea was bomb. im really sorry but I wont be...

Great service, a bit to many combinations, and really helpful staff offering a few mixes. The place seems clean and it is very efficient. Don’t expect too many natural products, many of the ingredients are powders mixed in the blender, just like the caramel, whip cream, and other stuff you might put on other drinks. Update: half way through this perfumed drink I feel my stomach is about to explode. I understand people may love this, but not for me.

They use bad products. Please save your time and money. This place has a rude costumer service and blames the costumers for their mistakes. I asked for strawberry pieces on my tea which one of the strawberries had gone bad and when I went to tell them I was told that ā€œthat was the reason why they didn’t put fruits on their teasā€. They use the fruit even if they have gone bad on smoothies so that you can’t tell. Don’t go to this place.
