I was here recently for the release of the Jordan 4 RM Nigel Sylvester on 8/8/2024 and I was waiting in line for the 5 Pm time for first come first serve after waiting since 3 PM, and it was almost 5 pm when theres a altercation in line with 2 people, got out of control to the point that the manager shut down the release despite having 8 pairs left as the manager (Luis) stated they can't sell any of the Jordan 4 Rn Nigel Sylvester, despite after the altercation I see one more customer picked up their pair despite being told they where gonna stop selling, makes me fed up since my time was wasted, and then I was told by the manager since I wasn't part of the altercation to come by the next AM 9:30, but now I came today and was told they are selling any of the pairs and wait for their "Boss" orders to see what they will do for the left over pairs, really not good of an experience especially just trying to buy a shoe on...

11/29/19 walk in showed them my reservation (confirming I had the shoes reserve under my name) I come to find out she’s telling me someone by the name of David has my reservation. Manager then walks out, without a care in the world saying I can’t do anything . I come back (after 1 hr waiting for Customer care to tell me my account was hack) for her to tell me I can’t print out the paper again, and once again proceeded to walk away. I stop her and said look I have been polite and asked if you could help. She just smiles and walked away I once again stopped her and said what time can I pick them up because it will be (unclaimed ) she then laughed and said you can wait outside at 3. Big corporation probably doesn’t care . And that’s fine . I rather pay resell +100 then to deal with peasant like...

Went to this store 12.22.2022. Very, rude staff. Stopped by at 6:30 pm, the sales person said they didn't have the sneakers. On the way out of the Galleria we stopped back. Guess what they had the sneakers that we were lookinf for, so we deceided to get them. It was the last pair and they were the display model. One shoe looked a little bit darker than the other not hardley noticeable so I asjed the clerk for the manager. I guess this was the Manager. She just looked at us and said it was nothing that they could do. We purchased the sneakers and sneaker cleaner too. She could have gave me a 50 cent discount or something. The attitude was HORRIBLE!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE. BUYER BEWARE.THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO WERE I COULD HAVE PURCHASED THE SNEAKERS AT...
