DTLR — Attraction in Huntersville

Daijah Irick is the best person / manager that I have ever came in contact with dealing with retail I want to first start off and say her Charming respectful welcoming personality was awesome customer service sent me to a local DTLR because I had ordered my children the wrong size shoes online she refunded the funds and put them on a gift card so I could hurry up and purchase the right size online since online had the correct sizes and by the fact that it was a new release she wanted to make sure that I didn't miss out on them having the latest nicest shoes so they can start school in fashion long story short was having difficulties with a defaulty gift card and customer service was getting us she went above and beyond no matter how long it took to to rectify the issue that was going on 2 hours later after all her hard work to make sure that me and my children were satisfied the issue was finally resolved I was able to order my kids the right size shoe thank you so much Daijah Irick our the...

I went in search of sneakers to be able to walk comfortably in. After a failed visit to the Foot Locker store, I remembered that my sons had brought shoes from DTLR as I was walking past. I went in fearful that there would not be much variety. I was greeted when I entered and directed to the front of the store where the women's sneakers were displayed. Not seeing much there, I moved over to the men's side. The gentleman there showed me the sneakers that I might be interested in, given my needs. Once I selected the one I wanted to try, he quickly came back with the sizes I needed. From there I was able to get my socks, make my purchase and be done. Very simple. The store was small and clean. Went in to purchase 2 to 3 pairs of shoes today for my 6 yr old son. never was acknowledged the entire time we were in the store we sat there for 30 mins & not one employee said anything & looked dead in our faces as they kept walking past us. My son finally went up to to one the employees and asked him could he see if they had his size. he never came back with the shoe & continued to ignore us while everyone else came got their shoes paid & left. unprofessional and just disappointing when a child is wanting shoes & adults/employees just ignore then like they don’t exist.
