Kendra Scott — Attraction in Huntsville

I love this store. May was my birthday month and Kendra’s birthday offer is better than any other place I shop, hands down. You can shop online or in store which is really fun because you see how it looks on you, and you can design your own jewelry at the color bar and even get certain things like the signet ring and certain bracelets engraved. There’s something for everyone. I’m currently considering the Demi fine jewelry due to quality. Yes the company clearly states their basic line of jewelry is rhodium plated and will show signs or wear and tear and certainly not to shower or swim in these items as they will tarnish. Well my last THREE bracelets have turned and tarnished so much so that it’s actually embarrassing to wear them anymore and I love the look and style so much. I still won’t give a bad review because the company clearly states what you’re buying and for the price we understand it isn’t going to be as strong as solid gold or last as long, but dang……on the other hand, for the price I actually should have received better quality jewelry. I’m going to swing by there soon, I’ve heard the team is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service, and always repairs, polishes or replaces items that have been worn and cared for properly and haven’t kept their luster and stunning effect, and I’m certain they’ll get me fixed right up. My daughter and I along with my mother , my cousin and two aunts shop here frequently and we love the way we feel when we accessorize ourselves in KS. It’s trendy yet classy all at the same time. Customer service here is awful. Usually Huntsville is full of awesome helpful people and companies, but you will not find that here.

My 1st experience walking in, I let them know it was my first time in and I wanted to get a matching set of necklace, earrings, and bracelets for my sister and I - She showed me the stones and walked away to the next customer. I had to figure out on my own that I had hanging earring options vs. the studs and also my necklace options.

I recently bought a necklace and earring set, not sure if it was going to go with the clothes I just bought. I even told her this at the register about my dilemma and spent a while in the store figuring out what may work best. The set end up not matching well, so I went today to return. They said it was "final sale" because it was off the discount section, she said, "it even says that on the receipt here and here." SO what! I was not told that, or I would not have bought it. What is wrong with providing a store credit, so the money stays within the store? I just drove a good distance with my tired toddler to do this and you can't help me?

Will not go back again and will find a catalog or something for my jewelry. You have lost a customer, I am sure...

I typically do not leave reviews but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I was shopping for a birthday gift for my mother and when I walked in there were two sets of other customers being assisted by two of the three employees there. I wasn't greeted but assumed it was just because they were helping others. I walked around the store to browse and see if anything caught my eye while one of the other customers left. The location is smaller so I had practically looked at everything in a few minutes. I still hadn't been greeted or asked if I needed help, but the other customers in the store had been asked multiple times by different employees if they were still okay while I hadn't been spoken to once. It made me feel very uncomfortable, like I didn't belong there or something...Eventually I walked out and went a little further down to Pandora. I've worked in a retail setting before and still continue to work in customer service, and this was an incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I love Kendra Scott's jewelry and style but will not be visiting this...
