I have to say, my experience started on a bit of a sour note. Right from the get-go, I felt... uncomfortable. Just a heads up: if you’re curious about literally anything—like prices, delivery costs, or setup—you’ll find yourself bombarded with requests for your personal information. We couldn’t even get a price estimate without filling out a "new customer" form on their iPad, which opens the door to future spam emails, calls, and mail from the company. The salesperson wasn’t able to provide us with anything even close to a rough estimate until we did this. Even with a 40% discount (MLK Day Sale plus our discount for being in the medical field), our 5-piece sectional was still coming in at over $5,000! Without discounts it came in at a staggering $7,000+.

On a brighter note, the customization options are pretty impressive. You can choose from different types of fabric, colors, extra waterproof covers, firmness, depth, recline settings, and more. If I understood correctly, it sounds like you can switch up your color choice if you're open to it, and that could help bring down the overall price. The fabrics come in different colors at different price points, which can be a bit of a double-edged sword, really!

These couches seem perfect for all the families out there, especially those with pets, little ones who love to get messy (hello, markers and paint!), teenagers, and even grandpa and grandma. Plus, for those of us who love munching on snacks while catching up on our favorite shows, they’re a great fit! Everything is machine washable and stain resistant. I have to say, every version of the couches we tried was incredibly comfortable. If you’re over 6', you’ll love the deep cushion/seat option—my husband, who's 6'5", found it super comfortable.

Dominique, Blair, and their manager (who's name I've sadly forgotten) were amazing and took care of everything. Had I just used the website I would have ended up spending a LOT more than I should have and ended up with the wrong color on top of it. I had no idea there was a military discount too and they made sure I didnt miss out. They advised on fabrics, helped me create the best layout, pick the right color, and each one put in real time and effort making sure I got exactly what I wanted/needed, removed the stress, and made it a happy and enjoyable process. They believe in the concept, the product and the company, and are real experts... they aren't just pushing furniture out the door, they own the product, know it inside out, stand behind it, and really care about making sure I'm happy and have a first class experience. My wife and I kept looking at their website but we couldn’t really tell what we wanted. We weren’t even looking for furniture anymore but then we saw the store and decided to go in. The staff was great! Answered all our questions and gave us a quote. Prices were a bit more than we wanted to spend so we left with quote in hand.
