Went to New Year's Eve All Night Skate. This was very safe and crowded, although the parking lot wasn't. I didn't realize this was a drop off skate. The Staff was very polite, nice and friendly. I was probably the only parent/adult there besides the workers and Deputies. However, all of the kids were a great energetic well behaved and mannerly bunch. We arrived after checking out another FAMILY skate party in Madison. It was overwhelmingly crowded with teens and families with young children my son's age and Big bouncer guys milling about in Security t-shirts. My son (a novice skater) said he was more comfortable with the rink design, structure, and "speed" at Roller Time. I would gave it 3 stars because there could have been more food choices like chicken and waffles, potato wedges, burgers or even some kind of black-eyed peas +collards special for N.Y.E. But I give it 3.5 because the kids and staff impressed me, there weren't any special holiday/event activities or give-aways, and my son was happy and comfortable with the...
Read moreMy family and I visited Rollertime Skate Center for the first time, and it definitely won’t be our last! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The manager, Trey, was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the rink, and it’s clear he truly enjoys what he does. Despite being pretty busy due to spring break (which Trey kindly informed us about), everything was well managed. I really appreciated seeing Trey involved in every aspect of the rink from helping at the snack bar to keeping an eye on the floor and even personally cleaning up a spill. That level of dedication speaks volumes! The pricing is reasonable compared to other rinks we’ve visited, making it a great spot for family fun. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!...
Read moreI was very dissatisfied on June 10th. A group of church members had decided to bring our children to skate on yesterday. Upon arrival I was on the actual Roller Time website to get price quotes for everyone. The website says $3 to enter and $3 for skate rental. I posted it on our church group the prices. When arriving we were then informed it was $5 each. I do understand price increase but what I don’t understand is the manager not honoring the price of their actual website. Upon posting this I checked the website and it still has $3. This is not good business. This may have turned away children if they their parents could not have afforded the increase. I just don’t think that was the right...
