Mr. Acosta did an excellent job today. It took him a while to correct someone else's mistake. I came yesterday your staff said he did not know how to activate a phone. He messed up my phone. Mr. Acosta figured it and fix the problem. Mr. Acosta is the only person plus another worker (I do not know his name but he never give receipts) always able to handle any situation. He really a excellent worker. I always ask or wait until he available beside anybody else who work here. Today, he cleared up this timely problem but was very patient and helpful. I really appreciate his help. He is the only one who gives receipts without some asking. I bought a phone before your staff said, we do not give receipts unless you ask for one. Yet your phones breaks all the time. My point is Mr. Acosta give one right after the transaction. Why different rules for different staff? .You have a lot of staff here that always say they don't know what they're doing , plus they start at the bottom of the list calling people name. I am Mr. Acosta was that correct he said NO. We start at the top. He is very honest too. Your staff say their suppose to start at the bottom of the list calling names. He a person who go by the rules. Mr Benefield is very helpful , kind and polite. P.s. I wanted to give Mr. ACOSTA a tip that's breaking the rules. He really deserved it. Read moreThis is the worst office and the worst internet provider ever. The agents take a long time, they are just chilling in their chairs, taking their time doing nothing. The managers they don’t even care about it, they just go in and out of the office, they come out eating and stuff. There are like 3 windows available to make it faster and there are 2 managers doing nothing all around the office. Honestly if you love your time don’t ever come here. This guys just making their hours, no customers service, no working spirit, no customer service.
The agents on the help windows take like 15min just chillin after each customer, they don’t even care lol.
The service it is jot the best service, after the year they charge you the double for the internet just because they want you to bundle with their Tv cable and other products. They rise your bill price without even let you know first.
The quality of the service it really bad sometimes, some places in south America have better internet than this, and we are in USA, come on,...

Sal is my Spectrum Specialist..and he told me the problem...was the watch was Samsung and the phone is Motorola O have to get a Samsung phone to connect with my watch in order to get service on the watch ... Ok now I said that's fine the watch is great.. and for some reason.. whatever Sal was doing was making him get FRUSTRATED and kinda lash at me.. and I was like it's cool .
