My husband and I purchased our Google Pixel 3s here in December and also purchased the screen protectors. Totally overpriced but the salesman, Yas, talked us into it because, in his words "we will replace it if it breaks, within a year". He repeated this to us at least 5 times. I even asked what I had to do. He said all we had to do was bring back our receipt. So, we spent $40 on screen protectors that we could have purchased on Amazon for a lot less. He also started to tack on a $35 fee per phone called a "set-up fee". Not to be confused with the activation fee charged by Verizon. When I asked what that was I was told it was to set-up the new device and transfer contacts. Basically everything a Google phone does automatically when you turn it on. I had to have them remove that fee. Then a few days later I find out that as an "authorized retailer" they overcharged us $50 on each phone. ($849/ phone when Verizon was asking $799). It was too much of a hassle to return the phones so we ate that cost. Now 3 months later both our screen protectors cracked. I called the store and wanted to let them know I would be coming in to replace our screen protectors. This is when they tell me that they don't replace them. The manufacturer does and only if I filled out the card inside the box within 30 days of purchase. 1. That's absolutely not what we were told. I still had the box and never even realized the card was in there. 2. That's the same warranty every screen protector carries and I could have just bought one for 1/3 the cost somewhere else. Then they offered me 25% off ANOTHER screen...
ย ย ย Read moreWaited 15 minutes (sunday) before they had a minute to help. Couldn't tell you the guys name because he didn't introduce himself. Was looking to switch over to Verizon and told him what I wanted, plan and phone, then he proceeded to ask me what I wanted directly after, apparently wasn't listening to me. Then I asked what type of discounts are available for government employees, he asked if I was in the military and I said no. He asked if anyone in my family was, I said yes. He then proceeded to tell me if I bring him their military papers he could apply it to my desired plan for the biggest discount. I told him that seems odd, that our last names aren't even the same. He said he has team that can work it out. I told him that's not right and I'll pass on that. He then asked me about what phone I wanted again, I told him and he said it would be pricey and I said I was aware. I asked him if they had in entices or anything for switching, or referring offers as I have family with verizon. He said "nothing, we just stand by our service." I asked if he would buy my phone, he said "nope, we don't need it for anything." I visited Verizons website already, so I knew what i wanted and some of the offers. Since he seemed to not care, I thanked him for his time and left. NEVER going back. Felt like he didn't want my business and didn't make me feel listened to. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. I'll check out a different dealer since this is a...
ย ย ย Read moreHad a very informative young man "Jeremy Parker" went above and beyond to assist us in our nightmare switching from T-Mobile back to Verizon and let me tell you what a mess we were dealing with considering we had Verizon Service without issues until T-Mobile told my dad how much lower our bill would be and blah, blah, blah so he was convinced that he was doing the right thing only to learn how much he had been screwed over. Thanks to Jeremy's helpfulness and he never gave up and he remained so calm and professional he during this transaction. Our bill with T-Mobile was never less than what it was with Verizon initially not to mention all the b.s. he was told and misled to the degree of owing them a little over $1700.00 for our phones and Otter Boxes that they told him were free and they were not. So I would like to let everyone know how helpful this gentleman was and has been throughout the entire process & he accomplished the impossible or so it seemed. I thought we were doomed with horrible service coverage T-Mobile has yet they claim there service coverage is everywhere basically! I couldn't be happier now that we are back with Verizon and I don't have to worry about having phone service! Verizon Service is great! Anyone that needs a Verizon phone Jeremy Parker is one honest, helpful, polite, determined, professional young man! Thank you Jeremy! Good RIDDANCE T-Mobile ๐๐๐!!!! ๐ช๐ชTEAM...
