Marshalls — Attraction in Jacksonville

This is probably the worst Marshall's in the area with respect to product availability and organization. Items, especially clothing, tends to be in disarray, with different sizing being distributed throughout the rack instead of organized consecutively. I'm sure the "customers" have a hand in causing the issue, but are there no employees to remedy it? Lines for the cashiers tend to be lengthy, and they seem to employ the Walmart model of having multiple registers in the store, but only one to two operating simultaneously, and it isn't uncommon to see one or even two people in the register area but not actually on registers to expedite the line. I was in the store on Saturday, I found some water shoes with no price tag and that had clearly been worn. I took them to the front and asked if they could do some sort of discount since the shoes had been worn and brought back. The manager was rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge the shoes had been worn. They were dirty and worn on the back of the shoes and flimsy, meaning you can clearly see the shoes had been in water. She proceeded to say the best she could do was take off 99 cents which would have brought the shoes down to $12.00. I’m not paying $12 for used shoes is what I told her. She was very unhelpful. My 2 toddlers (5 & 3) and I got dropped off early to their vision appointment right beside Marshall's. We had about 45 min to kill, so I thought I Love Marshall's, let's go check them out, maybe get a toy. Me and my boys walk in, I'm carrying my 3 year olds booster seat because we were dropped off, and the 3 lady's in the front were giving me the "stank eye" look, almost as if I was poor and couldnt afford anything there. Just kept staring. I felt eyes all over me. Needless to say, we left and i did not purchase anything.
