Washington County Circuit Court clerk — Attraction in Jonesborough

I am a otr truck driver and a state trooper gave me a speeding ticket going 18 miles over the speed limit in a school zone on a major hwy going down hill loaded.the original speed limit was 65 i was going 48.I live in Florida and I had to go back and forth from Florida to Tennessee several times for court the officer didn't show up for court so it was dismissed upon paying a dismissal fee which I paid and they still put it on my driving record as guilty even though I have the court documents saying it was dismissed and to not say guilty, I have called multiple time over the past 6 months to get this matter resolved but still nothing has been done. I have talked to several people on this matter. I can't get a job with that on my mvr and is was supposed to be...

My Mother was there yesterday to only deal with a tail light ticket and a suspended licence. We got the light fixed and her licence has been renewed for months now. The Staff at this courthouse, all the way to the judge, was absolutly disgusting with my mother for absolutly no reason. In the court they basically insinuated she slept with the officer because he didnt arrest her when he gave the ticket, the attorney was ignoring her entirely, and the judge and i quote 'you probably have a whole list of violations, you cant be trusted.'

She has NO violations besides the tail light and suspended licence WHICH SHE FULLY DELT WITH WAY BEFORE THIS COURT DATE!!!!

Just got done with court. We was the victims in the case and the DA treated us like we was the bad ppl. The DA cut a deal with the defense and never included us. They lied and gaslight us the entire time while making excuses for the themselves. Horrible waste of tax dollars ran by ppl who don't care...
