Update: Since November 2022, we have been doing the "Footlong Friday" special (buy 2 footlongs and get 1 free) for lunch or dinner! I'm changing the number of stars from my prior visits, to reflect the last several weeks! WOW have they ever changed....for the better!!! 𤤠We've been getting absolutely PERFECT subs, made EXACTLY how we've asked! Not only has the bread been made up fresh, and so soft, but the veggies, meats, and cookies are all fresh, too! I am SO GLAD that we gave our local Subway another chance, as this is now our Friday Family Favorite! We've been ordering online for delivery, every Friday, and we have NOT been disappointed once! I've gotta say a HUGE thanks to Subway (and whomever is working, making pure perfection š) for stepping up their game when it comes to serving up fresh food, and you get exactly what you ask for!!! Whomever is working on Friday's, YOU ROCK!!! ā¤ļø YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!! š
1 year ago: Ordered 3 subs for delivery, cost $43, and all 3 were WRONG! Our BLT had 3 different kinds of salami (?), the Veggie Delite had NO CHEESE & only a few pieces of lettuce and 2 tiny little slices of tomato (yet this is what I'm paying for, on a FOOTLONG!), didn't put on any of the toppings I PAID FOR (see pics)! This place needs to spend money on their service and quality, and GET A PHONE TO ANSWER instead of wasting it on commercials & poor quality, expensive food!!
2 years ago: Ordered online, as I always do, 5-6 times a month, and there's always something done wrong or missing. My last order (always pre-paid) was missing all 6 cookies. When I tried to call, I was repeatedly hung up on over the course of an hour. The very last time I called, they literally layed the phone on the counter, and I could hear them goofing off, so I know they weren't waiting on customers, but were laughing and talking to each other (2 guys). As I waited in line I saw at least 4 flies on the meats that were lying exposed. 2 flies were on the chicken, 1 fly was on what I thought was ham, and another fly was on another pinkish color meat. Honestly by that time I was turning to leave. I have eaten at many different Subway's. I like it a lot. And I have eaten at this Subway before. I will never set foot in this place again. Totally disgusting. Totally filthy!!!! I wondered at the time if the Health Inspector would be ok with all of the different meats lying open. It certainly didn't look as if it was temperature controlled. Even if the bottom of the containers were in a temp controlled area, all of the meat was open and exposed to the indoor air temperature. The bowl was smaller than bowls I had received at other Subway locations. My options for the salad matter were shredded, brown-edged lettuce & spinach with a bunch of those wet-looking, mush leaves. I opted for the spinach & was surprised how little was put in the bowl. I thought she may refill the metal tub so she could put more spinach in, but nope.
