I really hate to leave a bad review for a small business but I have no choice as I was unable to get any resolution discussing the issue with them.

My husband ordered me flowers and expected the advertised bouquet(see photos) which was not what was received. The flowers are TINY- again see photos.. (no shade to my hubby, he went all out on a great gift) they’re less than half the size of the cheap roses you can get in a $10 Walmart bunch 😭 It really feels like they slapped together whatever was leftover after Valentine’s Day… so disappointing, especially when charging a premium price!

When I asked about this, they tried to tell me they receive flowers from a 3rd party to fulfill the order which a simple phone call proved to be untrue…

I didn’t even ask for a refund of the flowers, just an explanation of the significant lack of quality and at least an attempt to make it right. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and attitude- I find it so disappointing and unprofessional to say the least… I absolutely understand that supply can become an issue, but it’s better to say “I’m sorry I can’t fulfill this order” than to send out such a pitiful product.

I had a discussion with the 3rd party, they said they contacted Daydream bokay and that the florist claims the order was “filled to value” 🙄

Mother’s Day 2025 was my first one. My best friend sent me flowers from this vendor. They were supposed to be delivered Saturday, then she was told Monday, and they finally arrives Tuesday morning. We completely understand that it is a busy holiday and things happen. When the driver came this morning, I was on a work call and had my headset on. I muted the call and told her I was working. She proceeded to take out her cell phone and snap a photo without asking my permission. I was unable to address it due to being on a work call. When I went to break, I called the store and asked to speak with the owner. He is supposed to call me back. I was told by the person that answered the phone that they do this to prove delivery.
