Tell me why I filed my taxes February 3, 2024 for y’all accept it on February 6, 2024 and it is now August 10, 2024, and I still haven’t received my refund. I think you need to get your department in check I had a simple return minus my two children being on it but one I have claimed since 2017 and the other one since 2008. Nothings changed with my living situation or anything besides maybe a new job with a w-2 or now y’all call it a w-4. I think you’re lacking the integrity part of your title and one of your IRS agents. Want to tell me to give y’all another 120 days after you’ve already had it for 186 days hell no run me my money someone’s not doing their job up in there. y’all are just twiddling your fingers collecting a check, but I guarantee you every one of these IRS people that do their taxes have already got their money back tell me why so many Americans are waiting to get the money...

I’ve had to file my taxes and had to go through the process of mailing in my return because my child’s mother decided to go against the parenting plan, which is an issue the IRS should address moving fwd, prevention of tax payers claiming new dependents w/o documents. It’s been 6.5 weeks as the website states and I’ve heard absolutely nothing by mail, email, phone or pigeon. This is beyond unacceptable I’ve had to pay my damn taxes on time throughout the pandemic so I don’t want to hear no damn Covid impact nonsense at this point. This is beyond ridiculous, I was also told the Kansas City location shut down there phones, so it’s not even possible to speak to anyone at this location. Whoever signed for my return “N.Leap” should’ve started the process.

Can’t ever get a hold of anyone from the IRS NO MATTER WHAT NUMBER YOU USE! They do not do things in a timely manner. It is very unprofessional. The government wants to constantly TRY to control people and steal our money we work hard for then make us wait to get back what was stolen from us. That is insane to me. Completely inhumane. Despicable. After two years I finally see this ⬇️⬇️⬇️ and after waiting more than 16 weeks o still see this ⬇️⬇️⬇️ That’s crazy to me. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I would say in this life we all have a job to do.
