UPDATE - Apparently, I can't write a new review, so I've updated my rating from 2 to 5 stars for an AMAZING, responsive customer service. I wrote the review herein below about the not-properly fitting masks. They responded here right away, I followed up with an email, and withing 24 hours they reimbursed me. Wow! I'll def buy from them again (they do have cool stuff). Thanks! ORIGINAL REVIEW - Really like their stuff and that their products are nationally made, so I decided to buy one of their face masks (I got the one with, "A mask is the new smile"). The mask is soft, comfortable and breathable. However, the design is too big and it's too loose under the chin, leaving empty space (therefore, not that protective). There are photos on their website showing the mask on women, so I thought it would fit. I got it with the strap, so I can adjust it, but still doesn't help with the gap. This is a fun store with adorable products, however, customer service leaves much to be desired. I’ve been in twice recently and had almost identical experiences. I walked in and didn’t receive even a welcome in, nobody even acknowledges the fact that I’m in the store at all. I get to the counter and the person behind the counter was so invested in their Nintendo switch, they didn’t even notice I was standing there at first. When she did notice me, she didn’t speak a word to me until she told me my total. I paid, and left without a thank you or even a have a good day! This store was recently featured on the morning news show we like best since moving to the KCMO area in July 2024.

They had a many fun shirts displayed, and I decided on their “Merry Christmas you filthy animal” tee.

Using the Shop app Raygun uses for funds transfer, I discovered upon completing my purchase, Shop had my credit card attached to our FORMER mailing address in Minnesota!

I sent an email to Raygun and left a phone message with them as well.

Sammy from Raygun worked his magic and was able to correct the situation. He was exceedingly helpful and displayed outstanding customer service.

I look forward to shopping with them again...
