Nearly always crowded. Avoid this place at holiday times, if you can! Early weekend mornings, be prepared to go around stockers and stock carts. Be prepared for your timing to have empty shelves of some items. It's almost like you have to live here and learn this store's routine to get what you need AND have a pleasant experience - rarely do you get both. Their curbside is ok - the pickup wait can be longer than stores in bigger cities. Shopper selections are always dependent on the shoppers (& the details/directions you give them). I don't have personal experience with their delivery, but I know many who appreciate it.

Gas: one of the least expensive places in town. Carwash: I appreciate the lower price, but the brushes ALWAYS miss the same areas. IF I go here, it's for the least expensive wash to make my truck better (far from perfect). Heads up: no trailer...
Read moreRevising my review after the store being open for awhile. The new HEB is actually quite nice. Even though I live closer to HEB-K2 I always prefer K1. I love the openess and variety K1 has to offer along with the new restaurant in connection to HEB. My issue with this store is much like everyone else: other customers. I'm fair and patient when it comes to other people trying to decide on what to buy or also trying to dodge another customer. BUT to those who take up one side of an aisle, stopping to talk to someone blocking the other side of the aisle. Or someone standing infront of something I'm trying to grab just sitting on their phone. Or the person who has their basket on one side of the aisle and stands on the other side bent over reading the contents in a can of mixed veggies. GTFO of my way. Overall, nice enough to keep me coming back, but I'll mow down a kid not paying attention...
Read moreMy experience with kerville new h.e.b.was horrible we had a cashier that made us wait an hour for price check and told my husband that is disable to go and take pictures of price when there was a employee next to her then my husband came back limping and hurting could barely walk and I asked him where was his wheel chair and battery had died but he took picture of price of product she did not believe him. by this time I was getting mad so she sent the employee to check up on price what she should have done that the first time. back with price then she said she didn't know how to change price so I waited again until manager came and said she had to go and check I waited again for 45 minutes again she called on phone said they where that price but still could not change it was so horrible and then she over charge me again .worst time I have ever...
