As other reviews say avoid this place due to prices and the overly aggressive sales tactics. I get it if you don't push sales other places nearby get the sale but little kindness and not forcing stuff would be nice. Was just looking at a few things was asked my size I wear and starts grabbing items to show me like chill just looking I said to the lady thanks but just looking around. But then proceeds to follow me around after a bit I find a design on the wall I wanted to get printed.

I asked the lady who was hovering around me if she could print that one was told she is sold out and no nearby shops have them in stock which I didn't ask but ok. So I settled on a different design I like and after a $44 shirt purchase the lady moved onto a family that just walked in doing the same song and dance to sell.

Again I get it to make sales but there is a better way. Also a funny thing the design she claimed was sold out and said no one else had it I found it next door. Way better service at Black Hills Souvenirs. By all means come by but other places...

I visited the store and picked out a sweatshirt for my mom before looking for one for myself. I found a style I liked but couldn’t find it in a 2X, which is the size I prefer for comfort. When I asked an associate if a 2X was available, she insisted that I "obviously" wasn’t that size and pushed me to try a different one. She was extremely persistent not only about what size I should wear but also about what else I “needed” to buy.

I felt pressured and just wanted to pay for the item I had already selected and leave. On my way to the register, I spotted another sweatshirt I liked, and the same associate suddenly became very helpful—finding me a 2X and pushing matching shorts and joggers I supposedly “needed.”

I did end up purchasing the sweatshirt, but I now regret it. I bought it on Monday and only just took it out of the bag—only to find it looking like this (see photo). I'm highly disappointed with the experience and the product. Save yourself the...

My mom, grandma and brother went to this store today. The lady was extremely pushy on buying items I did not want, she then proceeds to give my mom who is a size medium shirt an XL and XXL and prints she did not want or like and then at checkout she switches the size medium my mom grabbed to the XL, basically making judgments off of physical appearance. She then pushes my 80 year old grandma to buy items, $500 worth and no receipt and shirts didn’t have tags. She was just extremely rude and pushy, if I could I’d give 0 stars.
