Well Tammy, You seem to be “shocked” at any negative review. I’ll address that I hope your wife’s surgery went well and all is healthy, we wish no ill will on anyone & I myself have a mom who had a lung transplant so we definitely wish the best and the review is not personal until my kids got the bug bites and I can careless that you mentioned we had 5 ppl. Yes, 2 adults & 3 young kids out of which only 2 ppl ate anything so it didn’t cost you much for food, not sure what point your trying to make but when you don’t accept fault and point fingers it looks bad. In response to you responding to me. I trust what my husband tells me versus what you write, he’s very honest. He has to be extremely honest for a living- in fact we told you we had 3 kids and hence why we needed the cot. I fear your not that honest , I know your not if your telling me you run a clean business. My kids had big bites so bad, my oldest daughter still has a scar from one of them!! I take it VERY personal when my children are affected physically due to non clean rooms!! Don’t worry, I have pictures of the bug bites , I’ll find them & post the pictures if you’d like! But I’m hoping since it’s been a long time now, the company has fixed the bug issue. It could be that your establishment is so old the doors & windows need to be resealed so the buffalo gnats & mosquito’s or fleas don’t get in but my kids woke up with HUGE bug bites. My 6 yr old had a huge lump on the side of his head because he was reacting to whatever bug bit him! We did call & complain, not sure if it was you we spoke to but we felt due to the severity of the bites, you guys should know. I’m not shocked at the inability for you to admit any possible fault on your end and trying to deflect onto the customer, thats a common narcissistic quality among business these days, customers never right!. They place blame else where. Hope you’ve fixed the issues. Keep this in mind, if it were your kids, you would correct the issue. Try to think of your guests as family and if it’s to expensive to get a pest control guy & update stuff, maybe it’s time to sell. Tammy
No one has written a recent review so I will. The desk girl lied to my husband upon check in which just ticks us off. TWO OF MY KIDS GOT HORRIBLE BUG BITES SLEEPING AT THIS PLACE 😢 The rooms are tiny, air system in lodge needs a total revamping. They need to to put money into this lodge to update it for the $$ they charge per night. They advertise many things that you don’t really get. Beds-old..Breakfast-non existent. We were told by front desk to go across the street to the other hotel for breakfast?? Parking sucks & is creepy They allow smoking near the rooms, actually promote it by keeping ash trays 🥺 Which sucks-my son has asthma. Air-uh, gross-non existent really Cots that are advertised-told when you get here they don’t have any. Pro’s-hot water works for shower Close to the strip is where u can have drinks, shop, ride train, etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND & WILL NOT BE BACK.. Sorry but I have...
