DONT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. My mother in law just got ripped off. They charged her $5 extra without telling her. Then she pointed it out and asked for a return. The lady told her they don’t do refunds- even if it’s their fault. They then told her there was nothing they could do besides give her an item at 50% off and then apply $5 towards it. She picked out a $9.99 item. Then she rang it up and the lady made her pay $5 which she paid because she was flustered and not thinking clearly (thinking the 50% discount but not $5 they owed her). This place made me want to cry I went inside for gifts for my family and looked at the hermit crabs only to find 15 of them dead right in the window with no water! I bought 10 of them only to save their lives. If I could I would have saved them all. Seems like they only care about money and not the actual crab.
