Knightdale Pawn — Attraction in Knightdale

I stopped in here yesterday (2/19/2024) and had the pleasure of meeting Dustin, Jeremy and James - I needed an adjustment on my (cheap but good) watch and since most jewelers/watch stores didn't want to waste the time I came here and I'm really glad I did. SUPER nice guys, VERY helpful, just the kind of place you like to hang out at even after you've transacted business. That's pretty rare these days - I'm 66 (well, 67 in April) and remember places like this from when I was younger growing up. The fact that these guys are about 10 minutes away from me, have a ton of cool stuff (literally!) and just are great guys that are fun to be around is the cherry on top. Can't believe I've lived nearby for almost 5 years and never stopped in before. As I told 'em yesterday, I am a future regular customer.....if only to see what NEW stuff has recently come through the door....

P.S. They also will change the battery on your watch, which NO ONE does anymore. These guys DESERVE your business. Please...

Was recommended by Mr Jim in Zebulon NC to do transactions with. When first walking in customer service was excellent and both men (tall, muscular, very low cut hair almost bald like 2nd man short, glasses, brown hair)working at the counter was knowledgeable about almost anything I asked and quick to service you with a smile or small joke..... but on the down side I felt low balled for my 9mm I pawned for $100 july. The first time I pawned my 360 Taurus in June got priced $100. Next mth both my kids graduated (EWHS) and needed the funds immediately at the time but he (Dont know name but wears glasses, brown hair and short) wouldn't budge for at least $150 for the 9mm but hey I guess that's business in the world of pawning but again friendly atmosphere, welcoming smile and it's up to you to either do business here or elsewhere but it makes you think hard (in my case closest to me...

Excellent customer service for a pawn shop and they are willing to work with you. Moving into town you a get a really good sense of community feel when you go in. The gun and jewelry collection is really nice but they have the store packed it's hard to look around at everything.
