I had a sound bath and crystal healing as a gift for my birthday. I had never done this before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in I felt my shoulders relax as I took in the scent from the divinely wonderful incense that was burning. Not too strong, very relaxing. The sound bath was magical!
