The first visit my daughter and I had at this theatre wasn't too bad, minus the movie was WAY too loud and it took WAY too long to get out hot food which was just some fries. But with reclining chairs, we chose to come back. The 2nd visit has made us change our mind, at least at this location. We arrived 40mins early because my Daughter likes to take a photos of the posters and wanted to play a few arcade games. It wasn't busy so we did that first. But 6 of the games were broken and not working. Wasting money on a card to only to be available to play a couple claw games and 1 side of space raiders. So then we go to order at the concession area. We hadn't had dinner yet so we ordered hot dogs, chicken strips, curly fries, a large popcorn and 2 large drinks, candy, and plush toy. And told the cashier that I wanted to get the combos to save some money. He then told me "NO if I enter them individually it will be cheaper or about the same" I said umm ok then he tells me it was almost $115. I almost said nevermind because I was in shock of how could it be so expensive, but couldn't as my Daughter has ASD, and she wouldn't and doesn't understand those kinds of things. I kindly asked for a receipt. We were given our popcorn and drink cups. The hot food took extremely long as there wasn't a line or anyone ahead of us. It wasn't ready until the the previews were almost over. We sit down and then realized we were missing our fries. But can't go to let them know as the movie had started. AGAIN the movie was way too loud, and not the theatres fault but the movie definitely wasn't what the previews made you think. Because of the movie and the fact that multiple babies were crying during the movie, my Daughter was covering her head and making me hold her close the entire movie. By the time it was over she just wanted to leave, so we lost out on getting the fries. Then get home and I go to scan the receipt as I always do with my receipts, only to notice I was charged for extra items that we didn't order nor did we receive the extra items. Very disappointed, the ONLY good is the reclining seats, but everything else we felt...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased tickets in advance of the new Spider-Man as it is a popular movie. Showed up early & it went downhill fast. The first employee confirmed the movie, time, & theatre number, yet couldnāt get us scanned in. Someone else came over & looked it over & then ārealizedā the showing had been canceled - āproblems in the theatreā. We were told, no problem, youāll get a refund. We were shocked, trying to get them to find a solution as we planned ahead, had our kids dressed up & excited to see the show - & now faced sold out shows across the area because they canāt take care of their business & customers. They kept repeating we āshould see a refundā, no matter who we talked to or how much we asked for them to fix their issue. Iāve never bought tickets ahead, to show up & be told ātough luckā. Worst customer service, starting with zero notice about the cancellation, (this showing was still listed / active as we were talking to them), & ending with them doing absolutely nothing to make it right or help us out. Wonāt go to an AMC theatre again after the worst experience ever at any theatre. If it was me, Iād just have left a little frustrated - but it was a much bigger...

I'd give it a 5, but there's a few drawbacks...these are all extremely minor, but hey...it's a review.
Speaking of the recliners, could use a bit of maint on those. A lot of them squeak pretty loud (It's pretty funny actually) and there's some wear and tear on a good few too.
Screens are weirdly off center to the seating arrangement in a lot of the theaters. It's kind of weird, along with the exit lights being so bright at times.
Definitely need to remember to shut the doors to other theaters, as one can hear them while in other movies at time as well. A little strange, but easily ignored, just putting it out there that it can happen.
Would be nice if we'd get a Dolby Cinema update eventually, and it may be too old to do it, but Kent Station or Southcenter isn't that far for those kinds of things.
Still, love going here for a quick movie in the early afternoon or just want the comfy and big...
