I recently stopped by after work, hoping to find a birthday gift that would resonate with my coworkers passion for the 1980s. As an avid collector of vintage items, Iāve invested a lot of time and money into building my collection. I have always enjoyed shopping at this store since it opened and have purchased many items.
However, my latest visit today left me feeling disappointed due to the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, the employees seemed preoccupied, sorting through comic books in the back. I stood at the front register multiple times, eager to look at comics and memorabilia, but no one approached me to offer help.
After waiting for a while and not receiving any acknowledgment, I decided to leave without making a purchase. Itās disheartening because I genuinely love this store and believe in supporting local businesses. Iām sharing this feedback not out of anger, but rather as constructive criticism.
Customer service is essential in building a positive reputation, and attention to customers can make a significant difference in their shopping experience.
I understand that it can get busy, and sometimes employees may be tied up with tasks. However, itās crucial to engage with customers and assist them in finding what they need. A simple acknowledgment when they walk in, or offer of help can go a long way in making customers feel valued.
I hope this feedback is taken in a good way, as I would love to continue supporting the store and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat store, great people, great service. If you're looking for that bobble head, or anytype of playing cards, even specialized Legos. it's probably there. You can get specialized toys and things adults and kids will love. This is were you go if you want that special toy for your child, yourself, or a great gift to a friend. Even just going in and checking it out is worth it. The store itself is just a fun environment. They have arcade games and movie memorabilia that is out of this world. Things like the Han Solo frozen in Carbonite. Just things you won't see anywhere else. I highly recommend just stopping in, I'm sure you will find something you will want to get if you're into these types of things, and even if you're not you might still find something worth getting. Just a really cool place to shop at, to visit, and an all around good experience. I hope you have a chance to go by and take a look at it. I guarantee you won't regret just going in and checking the store out. The owner Mike is a really good guy and very knowledgeable and so is his staff. Also, soon they will be opening up a card gaming store to do card battle games and other things just a few doors down. When you're in there if you like that stuff ask about it and I'm sure the staff which is super friendly would be more than happy to explain it better than I can. Have a good day and I hope this help you make your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWonderful shop!!! Do NOT bring small children if they cant control themselves touching things. It's interactive, it's fandom paradise! The gentlemen were very engaging as soon as we walked in the door, very kind and great energy! There's more toys than comics, but the comic selection is phenomenal. They have $2 and $1 bins, the comics are in spectacular condition (so don't go in there and eff it up!) They have new comics to older editions that I've never been able to find at Bases or Horizon. There's a Harry Potter room, a Funko Pop room, a Lego room, Barbie aisle, Hello Kitty section, Star Wars, and I'm sure so much more that I missed! Everything is well priced and all around fantastic. Don't pass up this hidden gem! It's freaking awesome! I can't...
