Charleston Commons Shopping Center — Attraction in Las Vegas

This is one of my favorite shopping centers because there's desert Radiologists there and I go quite often and my daughter loves the 99 cent store I also go to the hair place to get my hair done and I also go to PetSmart at the other end. There are several small dress thoughts they're all so nice to go to so they overall have a good variety of places to go. The reason you didn't get the fifth star is because of Walmart if you are including that in this Shopping Center. That Walmart is horrible it's dirty Messi and such a hassle to park! So if I have to go to Walmart I will drive all the way over to the one on Boulder Highway and Nellis because that one is so much better, it is so nice and clean things are put away the way they're supposed to be and you can find everything you want very easy in the...

This place barely has ANYTHING I went in the store to buy. It doesn't have nearly as much as the other 99¢ stores have. It's picked over BUT the people who work there are super nice!! I am not the biggest fan of the evening security guard bc I feel as though he makes me feel like a criminal for the simple matter that I walk and have a backpack. I offered to leave my backpack in the front, he said to take it with me but then watched, stalked and walked pass me with an unfriendly face when I spoke he didn't speak back. On one occasion he told me to go to the front of the store bc I was in an aisle for too long. I understand there are people who lack integrity & who are dishonest BUT there has to be a more diplomatic way to do that job without making the customers feel uneasy &...

Waited 40 minutes to get a "manager" to open spray paints, for 2 cans. Forty minutes waiting and looking for somebody, maybe 15 or so we got to ask but not till the very end at almost 11pm. did it get opened. I could complain till the cows come home... wouldn't change a thing, it just doesn't matter. For every 10 customers that are spoken rudely to, hung up on while on phone to them, forced to wait ridiculous times for assistance, given wrong information...etc. there's 100 more coming in to spend. And that's all that matters.

This store on Nellis is THE WORST!!! Most of the employees are in the middle of the gauge... but there are several that are not fit to work as a front line employee in the customer service industry....
