Cartridge Gaming — Attraction in Lima

Was exited to go in and see their selection of games. No one greeted us when walking in, and the place was kind of cluttered and hard to find games. I was still planning on getting games and their PS3 and Xbox 360 games are by a very inconveniently placed pool table. We made sure we weren't in their way and while browsing the games, someone comes up and rudely says that we can't look at them because there are people playing pool and we are "in their way" (we saw the people playing pool so we made sure they had enough room.) Customers who want to purchase those games are told that they aren't even allowed to look at them because of how their pool table was placed? Dosent make sense. If you are going to sell those games we should be able to look at them. If you are mad at us standing by the pool table then move it or move the games. I had full intent on purchasing games here, but was disappointed at the prices...

This is one of my favorite stores to visit, my kiddos love to play the arcade games and I enjoy the chance to play the fun pin ball machines. The gentlemen who work there are always so nice and kind, and very patient. They are child friendly and always willing to help. Anyway yesterday I injured my thumb play pool with my husband and due to a past thumb injury I kind of just zoned out the gentleman came over with the first aid kit and made sure I cleaned my wound before I covered it and reassured me he’s done this before too even though I felt rather silly. You have all gone above and beyond whenever we have visited. I will continue to recommend your business to others and plan to visit when we make trips back after we move out of state. Let's get the small amount of negatives out of the way first. First, the prices are a little bit higher than average for some items, and pretty good on others. Despite being a large retail game store they still will accept negotiations. Now for the many positives. First of all this selection is amazing. You'll most likely find what you want when you walk in here, system or game. Second of all, the store atmosphere is great thanks to all of the video game memorabilia and decorations everywhere.
