The Colorado Store — Attraction in Lone Tree

EDIT: I am deeply disappointed with them. The staff had put our shirts at the bottom of the bad and put all our glassware on top of them. We spent over $200. We drove the 8 hours home right after leaving there. My son went to put on his t shirt he picked out this morning and it wasn’t in the bag. I called and spoke to someone and she said to call back and talk to their manager. The manager won’t ship me the shirt even though I would pay for shipping and even the shirt if I had to. My son was devastated. They can’t refund me because we paid in cash that my boys earned by selling drinks to be able to buy themselves some souvenirs. I don’t want money I just want a shirt for him that we paid for. She said she can’t do anything for me. Even though it was their mistake. She didn’t even sound sympathetic or anything. We spent $200! I’m so upset!

This store has a lot of really nice souvenirs and the prices aren’t too high! The staff was friendly and welcoming....

Nice selection of Colorado goods. The customer service was the worst I've experienced. Definitely a lack of supervision, a lot of immaturity, no accountability, and/or no job performance expectations. The staff of three congregated at the checkout area playing on their phones, oblivious to customers in the store, and presented themselves as unavailabe while playing on their phones. Nobody greated guests. The eye rolling behind customers back after they asked questions was incredibly rude. Clearly spoiled young kids who want to be treated adults. Disgusting attitudes. The sooner they learn that they don't always know who is with whom, and who is watching from a distance, the sooner they'll figure out customer service is service...

Go to the Colorado Store if you want get some gear that states you visited Colorado.

The store is nestled in the outdoor mall. If you can find parking right next to store,perfect. If not, just park in the outskirts and walk up.

Store has all sorts of games, quirks, clothes and hats.

The two ladies working at the store tonight were very polite in helping my family and I.

Masks and Social Distancing is requested.
