Phenomenal Service at Zagg – A Shoutout to Hunter!
Two weeks ago, I found myself in need of a screen protector replacement due to a pesky crack. Enter Hunter, who made the entire process seamless and straightforward.
However, after leaving the store, I encountered a major hiccup: my phone's touch responses were so unresponsive that I resorted to tapping the screen with frustration. It was disheartening, especially considering the lengthy drive (over 40 minutes, not to mention the traffic).
After a week of enduring this annoyance, I returned to the Zagg kiosk the following Saturday, hoping for a resolution. Upon my arrival, I found only one employee present. Unfortunately, my explanation of the situation seemed lost on him. Thankfully, he called in Hunter for reinforcement.
As luck would have it, Hunter remembered me from my earlier visit. Without hesitation, he listened attentively to my concerns and swiftly replaced the screen. To my relief, we tested it right there, and it worked perfectly!
While we may never know what caused the initial issue—perhaps a faulty screen—what stood out was Hunter's professionalism and genuine desire to help. He turned a frustrating problem into an easy solution.

Outstanding Service from Jesse at Zagg!
This past Saturday, my mom and I visited the Zagg kiosk, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Jesse. He fixed my mother's screen protector with such ease and professionalism, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
From the moment we arrived, Jesse's kindness shone through. He took the time to ask my mom how her day was going, and even shared a few jokes that brought smiles to our faces. His friendly demeanor made a potentially frustrating situation feel light-hearted and enjoyable.
What impressed me even more was Jesse's ability to remember me from my previous visits. It’s those personal touches that truly elevate customer service.

Read moreI'm giving three stars for the 5 star service on my IPhone screen which the replaced hassle free. -5 for the service on the I watch. I have been using their product on my phones for years. I bought a new I watch and took it in Immediately to get a screen protector on it and paid 40+ dollars. Less then 5 hours later the corner lifts up and catches on my sweater making the corner sharp and dangerous. I called and spoke with Michelle on the phone and was told that i could pay another 10 dollars for a replacement. I asked for my money back and was told that as a favor that would be done..but i would have to still pay the 10 dollar labor fee (which could be a "Credit" should my screen protector on my phone crack at some point in time) If this product for the I watch isn't that good then they should own that. If this really is a rare case then they should have done something about it at no charge to me. At this point I was relieved that my 750.00 Watch was not scratched by this screen protector, which was very hard to remove with out cutting my fingers or scratching my new watch face. Note the time on the watch...the screen protector was installed around 3:00 .
*Edit: Spoke to several of my friends who have owned Apple I-watches for at least three years and did not have a screen protector on them. All of them told me that the screen is infinitely stronger than the so-called protector is and I spoke with Apple and they told me that they neither recommend nor discourage the use of them for their watches. I find that interesting since they do recommend screen protectors for their phones. Like many people who will have new I-watches this year I wanted to protect my investment. Read moreI first went to the At&t store where I purchased the Galaxy S23 phone I made sure to purchase the ZAGG screen protector, I have had it protecting my screen for a couple of years, it has been flawless, did not scratch or get cloudy, it stayed perfectly clear. I was at an event, where I was holding my phone up to get a picture, I got bumped from the side, the phone popped out of my hand and the phone hit a rock on the screen side,the screen cracked and part shattered, I thought it was the phone screen, and then remembered that I had the ZAGG, clear screen protector, and to my Amazement the protector saved my phone screen from any damage. I was so relieved. I called At&t and they told me to go to the ZAGG store at the Park Meadows location or Cherry creek, PM is the closer location. The sales person was busy and the only person on duty, he was calm friendly professional and went above and beyond to make sure that he took care of me and to make sure that the New screen protector was PERFECTLY placed. I could not be happier, and I was glad to pay the $ 10.00 replacement charge, and also happy to leave and additional $ 5.00 tip. ZAGGS representative was excellent in every aspect of the experience.
