AMC Fallbrook 7 — Attraction in Los Angeles

My family and I come here often...we have always enjoyed the seats here however as of lately the staff has been horribly rude which I believe stems from management. It's unfortunate that the lack of training from management has made for several horrible experiences. There is no need for anyone to be treated with rudeness ...movie time is a time for relaxing and fun. We will unfortunately not be returning to this theater. ..there are soooo many others to choose from why would we return. I had accidentally left my Rx glasses in my seat which were high end glasses....the day we went there were no others seating around us. The cleaning staff must of picked them up since I was advised they clean each and every seat. This is just horrible that they don't feel they shoukd look into that...just like when we had an issue with our group of 16 when the staff couldn't handle our group size and not only charged us incorrectly but also took so much time filling our order that they made us miss part of our movie...all while having 3 staff members standing around chatting...where is the management here...why don't they care about the experience they are offering....you all should check out studio city grill in simi valley what an amazing place..the staff is wonderful and there are no thieves there...not to mention you can order your food at your seat and be served there as well....they also...

A few years back AMC officially bought out the old Laemmle's movie theater that was at this location. AMC completely revamped and renovated the entire complex for the better. All 7 screens are now the beautiful 4K screens, sound has been upgraded, and more importantly the seats. Boy oh boy let me tell you about them seats. Each seat can recline to a very comfortable (and potentially dangerous for sleep) position. Cushion is way better than before and 100% more comfortable. Food lives up to the AMC standard which is also a plus. Only reason why this theater is getting 4 out of 5 stars is because of the lack of IMAX screens. I know they do not have room to expand and install a bigger screen, but if they did have a few IMAX screens I would never go to any other movie theater. Definitely check it out if you are local...

Worth $14 per person. If you are going to the movies you know you will have to shell out a minimum of $10 per person. The luxury seats, snack options, atmosphere and overall dollar value is well worth it. Luxury reclining assigned seats allow all viewers to come in at a decent time instead of waiting in line for half an hour before the movie starts trying to find the best seats for your group of 10 that want to sit together. Snack options of course are expensive but at least they stepped up with icee's and caramel popcorn. Don't forget to join stubs extra rewards, it is worth the $15 per year as long as you use it. Free size upgrades, refills on popcorn and discounted tickets make this club a must in the...
