The Vault — Attraction in Manitou Springs

During my visit to Colorado Springs, my excursion led me to the town of Manitou, where I discovered The Vault. This converted old bank is now an upscale boutique offering a diverse range of men's and women's clothing, along with an eclectic selection of unique items. Their inventory boasts a delightful mix of home decor, jewelry, statement pieces, and high-quality clothing.

I had the opportunity to truly appreciate The Vault when I had to contact them regarding a manufacturing defect in a sweater I purchased. The way the manager handled the situation was incredibly smooth, understanding, and reassuring. She expressed her sincere apologies for the damaged sweater and promptly devised a solution to rectify the issue. It's worth noting that the defect wasn't apparent until after I left the state, and the sweater had been worn only once. I'm genuinely grateful for the manager's willingness to assist me.

This is a very eclectic, visitor centerisk, boutique, historic welcome for Manitou Springs, being a bank built in earlier 1900's its a very beautiful, historic experience. Fully restored and a walkthrough safe makes it worth the trip if you don't spend money on their high end luxurious items, such as myself. We took away more of the ooh's and ah's and enjoying their interesting and unique inventory. The historic entrance and information in the bank restoration is appreciated and made my experience awesome. The 3 staff members working were all kind, helpful, smiling, and didn't question our intentions as some other high end stores would. They gave us a background of the building and its history. While visiting The Vault I bought something with cash, and because I had a $100 bill and I didn't have exact change, I then decided to pay with my debit card. While distracted visiting with my family and the staff, I did not get my original $100 bill back. I realized this several hours later and called the store. I spoke with Theresa and Amy they were WONDERFUL - she checked the drawer and with management and they literally mailed me $100 the next day. They could of kept it. Customer service is priceless.
