La Henna Boheme — Local services in Manitou Springs

I'm so disappointed. Went in at 11:20 to get henna with my kids. The girl said the henna artist wouldn't be in till 1. That's fine, we could preoccupy ourselves for an hour and a half. After killing some time and swinging by to extend my parking we walk back in the store at 12:40. Henna artist is already there and I'm told we will have to wait for at least 6 people. WE HAD ALREADY BEEN WAITING. Our designs were quarter size, too. Now I have 2 sobbing kids because they decided to add another hour or 2 to our wait time that I didn't have. Since she knew we were coming back, we should've been put on a waitlist or something. Henna was the only reason we'd driven down to Manitou.

Went in at 11 was told there was 3-4 people ahead and it would take 40-45 mins but double chin deb would have someone else in at 1230. Having a young son at home with dad I wasn’t willing to wait till 1230 so I walked around till 1150. When I returned she was still on the same person and just shrugged saying there was still 3-4 people and to wait till 1230. I turned to leave and she laughed. I called to ask for her name DEB THE OWNER and she returned my call by telling me she has my picture and not to return. Very rude customer service. The man at the counter had brown hair and has tattoos. He asked me to put on my mask. While I was doing it he told me to hurry up. in a very rude tone I wasn’t halfway through the store i was at the entrance (Keep in mind I have autsim) While i was I said “I am don’t tell me what to do.” he then disrespectfully replied this is a private business and you should listen to me.
