If not for the rude employee at victoria secret I'd say 4 and a half stars, however she was that awful. I am 39 years old so been shopping there since I was in my early twenties. I will never go to Arbor lakes Victoria secret again. She took it upon herself to deny my business 45 min before closing. I said well we came a long way back to my hometown and if your really supposed to be closing it be much more helpful if you had your hours on the website to reflect that. She said yeah too bad we have no control over that. I then asked who did? and she said the mall of america store is in charge of all that. Thats just what I did then called moa (feeling like a karen), but it was also then as I'd expect every locations hours were different. Makes sense. I understand that in a pandemic store hours could vary I recommend you say that. She was not friendly, happy, and cleary cared about anything I had to say. I would of been more compassionate to the situation. Atleast tell them SORRY? In times like this people should go above and beyond with a welcoming smile will definitely sell more then someone is rude and inconsiderate and treats us as if she was above us No eye contact in fact she was rushing to close up so we had to stand and wait for her to unlock door to let us out. I've worked at lord fletcher , Maynards and as a toddler teacher. I know what Good/decent/customer service looks and sounds like. I know what not trying at all looks like , but this was her not even trying to hide her irritation and annoyance. If I worked hard managing or owning a retail store I'd be happy for an honest review in order to improve in areas that are needed maybe a short video is all it take. I however would consider myself blessed to work at vs and get an employee discount so............... I'd be working there because I love people and shopping at most of your stores.
SINCERELY, someone to old to still be shopping here anyways. Well my fiance who got me a gift card don't think so, but I doubt after this year it proved to be not worth the trouble. Still got love for you. WISHING YOU A HAPPY NEW YEAR AND GOOD LUCK IN THE FUTURE...
Read moreLots of options for places to eat, but not cheap (thankfully you get the quality you pay for and then some... plus everyone is so fun like those working at Benihana and Buca). Typical restaurants you don't see a lot of else where, along with fun boutiques and one of my favorite places to go, Nadia Cakes for cupcake dessert, (and a lot to take home...). I first started seeking out cupcake shops when I lived in Seattle who, like Nadia Cakes, also won cupcake wars from the competition on the Food Network and they proudly display and keep the cupcake they created and won the show, on the shelves each day while others can change from day to day. And you can never go wrong with a place that shows their lives of dogs in the merchandise or services that include your pup (Nadia Cakes have created a cupcake just for dogs and looks just like a little mini cupcake!) I'm fairly new to the area and have had fun discovering all that you...
Read moreTrifecta!!! Socialisation, Exercise and Effeciency. Great shopping center and area. Very new to this area and would say that it is a newer shopping center I think. But it had great stores and was well designed. I was also able to find my way around using Google maps pretty well. I was looking for REI in the area mainly, Office Max/Depot and LifeWay Books. The whole store variety is great. You can probably never need to go anywhere else. This is the answer retailers fighting the online tsunamis. Well designed and executed retail centers. And it was filled with cars parked everywhere. People walking from store to store. Not store then across town to store. Groceries, puppies, brakes, flu shot, crafts, wine, bank and more. And there are at least 2 or three...
