I was here in August and it was amazing but the security was very rude. I understand that it is their job to protect the band and keep people away from the stage, however I felt that keeping people away from the gate was unnecessary. Like the person below me said, one of the security people even flipped Rydel off while she was singing after Riker tried to tell him that it was okay for people to be by the gate. Also, after the concert, security was very rude to people who were waiting by the buses. They kept saying that the band had already left (even though the bus was clearly still at the venue) and they started yelling at us telling us to leave. Eventually, they started threatening people and telling them that if they didn't leave, they would get cited for trespassing. Then they took the gates down that are supposed to keep the people from the band but, like we thought, the band had not left and when they came back, the gates were gone and the...

Went for Rex OC concert 5/28. The people working the event we’re incredibly awful to a mainly 20 something crowd. There was ZERO organization in terms of lining up. There was a lot of yelling, a lot of aggression by the big security men but nothing set up in advance for a sold out show. Tickets SAID doors were supposed to open at 6 but they did not start allowing people in until 630. It was over 100° & staff wanted these over heated kids to line up 90 mins in advance only to tell them 2 single file lines 45 mins before entry. I saw a lot of heat exhausted looks on their faces. A few carried out once the show began. I’ve been there before for other shows but Saturday’s staff showed complete incompetence. Get it together with qualified and professional staff please and have some organization AHEAD of time instead of just yelling and threatening to not...

Not a great venue for a large crowd or hot weather! Over crowded, long lines, no cooling or air flow, and not enough restrooms. Waited over an hour to get inside, largely due to the slow staff checking IDs and putting on bracelets, and that was after the gates had already been open 45 minutes. Beer lines were over an hour wait. They pour every can of beer into a plastic cup which adds a significant amount time to each transaction, not to mention wasteful. They encourage buying 2 at a time but who wants their 2nd beer hot? Although it was an outdoor venue and heat was expected, there are no fans or any type of shade or cooling system other than 1 tent with misters. The heat from the weather mixed with everyone's body heat made the air suffocating. Only 2 sets of restrooms and stalls were out of toilet paper and didn't have trash cans so they were...

The security team was beyond kind to myself and my son - This was his first concert he is seven and could not see over the barricade - The security manager made an exception and pulled my son over the barricade and set him up with a spot to sit and view the show. This made his entire night! We did not stay for the entire show. I was expecting him to not be up to the entire set and when that time came that my kid had had enough the security guy walked him down to the edge and I walked over to meet them so my kid did not have to go into the crowd to get out! Y'all made his first concert a good experience and he left happy. Even the cops out front stopped us and talked to my son and gave him stickers and hugs. This is not my first time to this venue but it was the best!

I recently attended the Skillet / Seether tour as a vip and the staff and security were great. Out of all the venues I have been to the staff here were actually kind and respectful and didn’t dull the experience for us. It was convenient mostly, except the only thing that could’ve been better was for those down at the pit. During the shows we are unable to leave the barricade to go get water and it was very hot. Staff denied to give water even though at least 6 cases of it were visible on either side of the barricade. In an outdoor venue in Phoenix water should’ve never been denied as there are safety concerns. Overall a great venue, thankful for the friendly staff and security, and the quality of how it was managed.
