I am absolutely appalled by the level of service at Samba Brazilian Restaurant. I spent over $50 on food through DoorDash, eagerly looking forward to enjoying a traditional Brazilian meal. My order included picanha, which is a staple of Brazilian cuisine, but I was shocked to find that it did not include a single cheese ball (pão de queijo)!

Now, I understand that perhaps not every order comes with extras, but pão de queijo with picanha is practically a tradition—it’s the bare minimum for an authentic Brazilian dining experience. So, I politely called the restaurant, thinking it would be a simple matter to add just ONE cheese ball to my order. I wasn’t asking for much—just a small gesture of customer service to complement the meal I had already paid handsomely for.

But instead of understanding my request, I was met with horrible attitude and outright refusal from the woman who answered the phone. She made it abundantly clear that they would not accommodate such a simple and common request unless I purchased an entire $13 rack of cheese balls! Are you serious? This is supposed to be a Brazilian restaurant, and yet you refuse to honor a tradition that so many picanha dishes around the world embrace?

Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It left me feeling like my business and satisfaction as a customer meant absolutely nothing to them. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this is not just disappointing—it’s downright insulting.

I cannot emphasize enough how much this ruined the experience for me. If you’re going to call yourself a Brazilian restaurant, at least have the courtesy to uphold the traditions and treat your customers with respect. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to do the same.

If you’re in Miami (or anywhere in Florida!), Samba Brasil is a must-visit! The food is absolutely delicious – full of authentic Brazilian flavor that wins you over from the very first bite. Every dish is clearly made with care and the perfect seasoning.

The atmosphere is excellent: cozy, beautifully decorated, and filled with vibrant energy that makes you feel right at home. It’s perfect for a family lunch or a special dinner with friends.

The service was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. You can really tell they care about providing a great experience for their guests.

So I had a yearning for passion fruit mousse it is one of my favorite dessert I searched through Uber eats and found it at Samba de Brazil I placed an order for two servings to my total disappointment it was loaded with what tasted like condensed milk no genuine passion fruit but what tasted like an artificial extract super sweet just inedible. So I called the store the woman who answered asked if I spoke Spanish I replied I didn’t she said hold on she came back and hi said hello and I heard click and she hung up I called repeatedly and the went to voice mail. To let me emphasize I was not rude I only told her I ordered on Uber eats and there was problem with the order. I would not order from them nor dine in from this restaurant the food is not great and the customer service has a lot to be desired.
