Toto 2 Pizza — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Came to hang out until I can check in my hotel Seaside across the street ordered maybe 5 beers , then the staff got antsy and rude saying the place will be packed soon with customers after 4pm and I have to leave because he doesn’t want people seeing me with luggage or a small pet. The weather was so hot outside, I decided to order 2 meals and more alcohol so I wouldn’t be forced to get kicked out. While waiting, some girl banged a chair extremely hard & started an altercation with the workers. TV is on mute, music is loud with bad WiFi. They have a problem if you use one of their plugs to charge your phone battery. There’s nothing to dry your hands with in the bathroom. Wings cost about $13 with no sauce or side appetizers. I felt discriminated, when the new customers arrived and they were white or elder, they were treated much better than I was with politeness and attentiveness. They claim to be a brazil restaurant, but all the workers are mexican & their menu looks from Mexico. Hi went there and the service was ok , but the issue is after paying and leaving 20% i realized the tip was already added. I called few hours later and told them that I didn’t know the service fee was included and the lady on the phone was telling me that’ the tip it’s optional and it’s as nothing to do with the service fee. I told her that the service fee is the gratuity and she said no it’s different lol and it’s my problem. Be careful when you pay they have a huge box that says add a tip and not additional tip like other places . I would never care but I called and they made it a big deal so here I am! And the food is overpriced and the pizza are very small ! Toto is a Napolitan actor so you would think it’s a napolitan pizeria but it a Brazilian fusion . My husband and I were trying to find a good place to eat as neither of us can handle fried food much anymore. We found this little gem, and the menu looked amazing. We ordered the lasagna (my husband) and the gnocchi (me), and it put all others to shame. My husband said his lasagna was the best he's ever had. I definitely can say the same about my gnocchi and also my lemonade. I dont know what they did differently, but it tasted fresh squeezed with a hint of mint. It was so refreshing. The service was equally amazing, and the employees were very friendly, and they brought out our food pretty fast, considering it was homemade.
