Biscayne Bay Boat Tours — Local services in Miami

If I could give this company a ZERO…. I would. My husband and I did this boat tour as part of our Anniversary getaway in Miami. We were stopped on the corner of 9th and Collins Ave by a travel/ tour agent telling us about different tours and things to do in Miami. He told us about a boat tour that take us out to view the celebrity homes and that we would be taken to the port on a bus. He also told us that we would be able to go to the market shops and eat during the tour. We were picked up at 2:45 to only be met by a bus full of people. The bus driver was driving crazy to get us there due to traffic. We get to the boat tour only to find that the boat was already almost to capacity. There was limited seating due to the very top level not being open. We rode around “millionaires island “ for 90 minutes just to be told who lived where and who used to live there. The only thing we received during the tour was a complimentary soft drink. This tour was a complete waste of our time and money being that they charged us $50/pp. Once we returned from the tour, my husband and I went back to talk to the guy who lied to us to sell us this boat tour. He was already gone for the day and they only thing the people who were working offered to do was for us to come back and talk to the guy the next day. I was so upset. So please beware…. Booked through a third party and it was super easy, check in was easy ignore the reviews saying otherwise— definitely make sure you’re there in time or that’s on you! Super fun! & worth the money! This was a long tour in my opinion but we really enjoyed it. The boat we were on had a mini bar with really good drinks. The tour guide host did an amazing job and was super funny. We went out right before sunset so it was beautiful & the weather was perfect! We had such a great time & everyone on the boat were also super cool and fun! Family friendly. A little crowded but that’s expected for what we paid. We ended up winning a raffle for “free vacation” that turned into a 5 hour presentation for a time share but it was a cool experience lol would definitely ride this again and recommend to family and friends! I thought it would be a fun walk around Miami Beach or Bayside to see famous people's homes! And I really liked seeing the houses of these famous people and doctors or businessmen, hey, I can tell you how much money there is! What is missing is luck for the talents to be able to be millionaires and have strokes of luck just like each of these famous people who developed a business plan to obtain what they have and I congratulate them. I liked the ride. What I didn't like was that people didn't stay seated! And they didn't give us water or snacks personally either. The staff knowing that if we are looking at the houses and the boat doesn't stop, then going to where the drinks are, we will miss the show to take photos and videos.
