Sadly after my last visit to this nice cozy place something has change. Although food was as good as I remember specially the seafood soup. But my server although unexperienced try her best until check came out. First I let her know the Serrano ham had a unexpected flavor an we only tried 1 sliced but still was charge and it's Ok. But what it really tipped me off is that server told me that her tips where not included and if I wanted to leave extra it was up to me making me feel very uncomfortable. When my check already included the dish I never liked 20% SERVICE CHARGE 7% TAX. I Really thought that the tourist trap was eradicated from ocean drive and Lincoln road restaurants obviously it's not. Hopefully someone check about her saying that she doesn't get anything form the service charge.

This restaurant is located on the second floor in the food court area at Bayside Marketplace. After walking around checking out other restaurants in the food court area we decided to try this one. The food was mediocre definitely nothing to rave about. We ordered the chicken nachos and 3 chicken tacos. Which came with a teaspoon of sour cream, teaspoon of pico de gallo in those tiny clear small condiment containers. We also ordered guacamole on the side which came in the same size container. We had to stretch that out for our food. The big pineapple with margarita and passionfruit mojito was good. They did have a friendly staff while we dined there.

We had a dinner at this place and I can say it was very pleasant! Everything was ok. I liked the food ( chicken wings, mussels, garlic shrimp , and Iberian pizza) mainly. The place as a place is not attractive and fancy. Service was great, waiter was fast and good. The two things I didn’t like are Sangria ( had feel there is barely any alcohol, never had such a “soft” sangria) and the bathroom doesn’t have Koala (thing for changing babies). Had to change my little one in standing position which was impossible mission 😞. But anyway, if you don’t have baby, give this place a try

Very attractive decor all around. Although they have Greeters at each entrance, none of the staff WELCOMED me into their establishment. I was hungry n had to find help myself. A lady took my (single) order, 40mins later no1 checked on me, tired of the wait I got up and intended to leave, half way out a waiter stopped me with "my food". The waiter insisted I sit in the center of the restaurant/close to the bar. I insisted more and took my previous table by an entrance cause it was much cooler. The waiter went on to explain they often have customers who sit by the doors only to leave without paying. The waiter said I should sit near the bar/them, or prepay my order b4 eating it. I was starving so to ease the waiters mind I gave him my CCard as he handed me my food. I was not comfortable with the encounter, but I was hungry. Mr. Hugo/Manager, came over, introduced himself. I told him I was a little uncomfortable by the encounter. We chatted about it for a few minutes among other things.. and at the end, the conversation with Mr. Hugo made me feel a bit more at ease. Overall, I would've given them a 4 🌟 but I will give them a 5🌟 only because management heard me out n still treated me professionally & friendly. I still think there's room for improvement on the Greeters n the rest of the staff. ALWAYS, ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMERS, SMILLE, MAKE EYE CONTACT WHE SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER. That tells us u r ready & happy to serve us. CHECK ON YOUR TABLES not too often, not too long. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TABLES. Approach the customers Every 5 mins rule of thumb. MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. They might be needing you but u might be all the across the room. NEVER TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU'RE TREATING THEM A CERTAIN WAY BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER (BAD) CUSTOMER. In the restaurant business CUSTOMER SERVICE is key, if not paramount, not only to keep customers returning, but in turn, to also maximize profits for the establishment as well YOUR $$$TIPS$$$. After all, at the end of the day we all go to work for 1 reason n 1 reason only... to make as much $$ as possible. Why go home with $20.in tips at end of day when u can take $100..+. Right?? I hope this positive critic is not taken personally, but instead helps your business...

AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS!!

I have been living on the Beach for decades and wanted to check a new restaurant out on Lincoln Road with my wife last night. We went to dine (unfortunately) at this awful place and the whole experience was terrible! They took almost an hour to bring a pasta and a pizza even though the place was empty (no wonder...). The server didn't even offer some bread and after she brought us the food, she didn't come to our table even once to check on us. The food lacked salt and there was none available on the table. We wanted to ask for some salt and olive oil but again, the server was nowhere to be found... Not to mention that the "margarita" was not cold enough! Then came the worst part! When they brought us the check, I was SHOCKED to see that they were charging us a 20% service charge! I told the manager/owner I only wanted to pay 15% (the minimum...) because I did not like the service, but they wouldn't let me! He was very rude to me and said that charge was mandatory! After charging my card for the amount I had not agreed on and definitely was not happy about, there was a space on the receipt to add a tip amount. The way I see it, they were trying to charge me twice for the service, as the mandatory "service charge" had already been added!! SO AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS! IT IS REALLY NOT WORTH IT! There are just a lot of other much better and honest places in Miami Beach, FOR SURE!! BE SMART AND VIGILANT! And please spread the news so that other customers don't feel "ripped off"...

We enjoyed our first visit to miami, but we will never patronize this restaurant again. My family and I patronize this place on Wednesday, Oct 30th. The only thing great about the experience at this restaurant was sitting outside by the water. They were not extremely busy that afternoon around 130 pm. It took so long for our food to come out. The drinks were mediocre and water down. It seems like our waiter did everything not to come back to our table. She could be 3 feet away. At another table, and would go all the way around our table to go to another table. Never to stop at our table to inquiry if we wanted refills, napkins, or even how our food was. It was so disappointing. We ask her for water and they told us they only had water bottle but forgot to mention that each bottle was $4.00. When paying the check the waiter held on to the device and because we are decent people, we tipped. And looking at the receipt, 5 minutes later, that comes through email. I saw that the gratuity was already included. At no point was it mentioned that gratuity was already included for table of four. We ended up paying gratuity twice, for the worst customer service that we received our stay in Miami. I felt like that was some form of thievery. Also, there was a man and woman both in green walking back-and-forth on the patio. They were snapping her fingers at the...
