Form50 is everything I was looking for and needed! Lets just say, it's the best 50 min of your day for a reason. I came from doing other high intensity pilates reformer style classes before and loved the workout but was missing the high energy and positive vibes that get me motivated and excited to stay consistent. Upon entering the studio for the first time a couple months ago, I knew Form50 is what I had been missing all along! It has quickly become my favorite workout of ALL time and I have not looked back. I'm truly obsessed and tell everyone I can about it! Honestly, no other workout or studio compares. Outside of it being an amazing workout, what makes Form50 so special and unique is the incredible owner, Monica, and coaches. Everyone who works at Form50 has a radiant and contagious energy to them. They are all super welcoming and professional. I've taken classes with several coaches and they're all different but awesome in their own way. What unifies them is their passion for what they do and the fact that they each take the time to learn your name as well as help and encourage you through class. You can tell Monica and her coaches LOVE what they do and that is what keeps me coming back. Shout out to Monica, Alissa, Kenny, Tiffany, and Olivia! You are all fantastic people and coaches. I can’t wait an hour in a garage for the next class and I was already driving for 45 mins on the road waking up at 6 just to go to class they said I would not be allowed me as a first timer at their studio. My maps the night prior said 27 mins and this morning it was over an hour assuming with Labor Day back. I felt this was very very unfair as I was already driving in traffic so long. I am not a first timer to Pilates by any means. Asked for a refund off of the principle for my time being wasted over 5 mins especially at 8 am in Miami. I’m sure the classes are great but to have to drive back home now in the same traffic and no class taken is so annoying. The girl on the phone said she could lose her job over allowing me take the class sounds a bit much. Have been going to reforming Pilates for years decided to try Form50 and I guess it was fate not to. Btw exceptional service is not passing the phone to someone for me to repeat myself while you’re giggling nor is it having 0 consideration for a customers efforts and time over what is a technicality and to then think that I will have consideration FOR YOU over my “ tone” is ridiculous & fully hypocritical. Because of the traffic I was 5 min late , on my way there I called to let them know and they didn’t answer, then they called me back and they told me that no worries, that I have 5 min to arrive, I parked and pay and when I entered one of the staff told me that I cannot enter and I told her that I called and she had an attitude that wasn’t very friendly for first timers , at the end I had to leave super upset because she didn’t give me any solution, with a super cold attitude.
