SEPHORA — Attraction in Milpitas

Horrible experience. They lack customer service skills they rather talk to each other than assist their guest. They only have one register open with a long line and you see the staff talking amongst each other. There’s no one available to help you because they’re too busy talking to each other . If you try to ask for help they’re rude and unavailable. I think corporate should take a visit to this location blindly so they can experience this location for what it is. Long lines with only one register open. Staff members are not helping the guest, they’re either just walking around pretending they’re helping someone and if you ask them for help they pretend they’re busy… but you find them in the corner talking to other staff members. If you asked for the managers assistance it’s just as bad. No management seems to be present … over all horrible experience at this location. I have been shopping at Sephora for years but this location by far is the worst. Corporate please do come to this location and make some changes. If this continues I don’t think this location...

This is a very chill Sephora. I was able to browse around leisurely and introduce some hair products to my mom. At other Sephoras, usually there's a person keeping tabs on you at all times and at least 3 employees asking you if you need help in 10 minutes. The laid-back sales approach here was a nice change of pace.

I only interacted with the cashier so no complaints. I did notice the workers seemed to just be hanging out and waiting for their lives to be over. If you don't prefer this location, there is also another Sephora in Kohl's in the same mall. That one has very little foot traffic so when there are those 50% "Beauty Steals", I usually manage to find the sale items in the Sephora at Kohl's when it's out of stock here. Everything is very nice and organized but very bad service, the cashiers because they are talking among themselves do not notice the products that have to be listed, today I went to buy a perfume and a blush, unfortunately I did not notice that the cashier did not put my blush in my bag and even so she charged me for it and instead of my blush she put an empty jar of cream in my shopping bag, unfortunately because of the time at which I went to buy I did not have time to return to make my complaint because they were already closing and no one wanted to help me! I hope that improves because it is in very bad taste, because it is as if they were stealing from the customers, say they did that to me could they have done worse!
