Fist off I would like to say that the architecture of the building is absolutely amazing. As I walked through the massive hand crafted wooden doors I felt goosebumps on my body. As I continued to explore the building there were so many things that made me feel the history in this immaculate structure. I was moved by not only the architecture but also by the religious history present. I proceeded to light a votive for my mother who is fighting Leukemia. It just so happens that she was getting her routine treatment. When I spoke to her after she got home from her treatment she went on to tell me how long the treatment had taken that day. She said she was exhausted but knew she had to drive herself home that night down dark country roads. She went on to tell me that when she got on the dark roads this bright star appeared and seemed to light the road up for her. She told me that the star shined on the road until she finally made it to the lite highway near her house. This left me speeches since I had not informed her that I lit a candle for her until the next day. I don't know if this was a coincidence or something special happening. Thanks for the opportunity to visit your magnificent building and I look forward to visiting the Church every time I...

The cathedral was open but there was no service. I especially enjoyed walking down the spiral staircase. This cathedreal has beautiful high ceilings and stained glass windows. The interior and exterior are an architectural work of talent. My friend and I were glad that the cathedral doors were open during our visit on Saturday aftenoon so that we could...
