Bay Flowers — Local services in Mobile

I ordered the FTD Autumn Splendor Bouquet which was shown on the website for a friend who was opening her fist business. I was from out of town so I read all the reviews and based on how highly recommended they came I chose Bay Flowers. The arrangement on line showed lots of flowers. What was delivered was an arrangement that had more fluff (greenery) than flowers. I was very disappointed. I contacted the store and explained my disappointment in the arrangement. I was told they had a lot of orders that day and would have to look at what was on line and would get back to me. I never heard anything. The arrangement was delivered same day which was nice and the young lady was very happy with it and sent me a picture. That is when I saw how different it was from what I had ordered. Not happy....see attached pics of what I ordered and what my Mom got. I wanted bright cheery colors. There was no white in what I ordered. I gave them an add'l star b/c they were nice on the phone when they called to tell me they were out of both colors of daisies (hot pink and yellow). I approved sunflowers for the yellow and roses for the hot pink. However the roses they used ended up being light pink and there were sooo many white flowers. Again, no white at all in what I ordered. It was not at all the look I wanted for her. This was my second time ordering from them. Have had three different bouquets from this company and all three orders have started dying within 2-3 days of delivery. The most recent delivery was an $80 bouquet and part of the flowers were already hunched over dead by day three. I have Walmart and Publix flowers that are still going strong at 2 weeks…
