I ordered the FTD Autumn Splendor Bouquet which was shown on the website for a friend who was opening her fist business. I was from out of town so I read all the reviews and based on how highly recommended they came I chose Bay Flowers. The arrangement on line showed lots of flowers. What was delivered was an arrangement that had more fluff (greenery) than flowers. I was very disappointed. I contacted the store and explained my disappointment in the arrangement. I was told they had a lot of orders that day and would have to look at what was on line and would get back to me. I never heard anything. The arrangement was delivered same day which was nice and the young lady was very happy with it and sent me a picture. That is when I saw how different it was from what I had ordered. I gave them an add'l star b/c they were nice on the phone when they called to tell me they were out of both colors of daisies (hot pink and yellow). I approved sunflowers for the yellow and roses for the hot pink. However the roses they used ended up being light pink and there were sooo many white flowers.
