I drove through 12 states and Mobile Alabama was my second favorite. It’s preserved! It reminded me of Mérida, Yucatan Mexico it’s historic and so interesting. It looks like it’s an up and coming little town. I would love to come back here and spend a few more days to explore a little more day and night. It would’ve easily been number one in my book but the weather is horrible. I can’t stand humidity and it’s wild here lol.

Great opportunities for pictures during the day and at night. Mobile downtown is beautiful great architecture, as well as street art. Check out the many museums we have to offer and Art walk on first, or last (I cant recall) Friday of each month. Vendors set up all along this park and up and down dauphin street. It's a local artist fair!

Nice small park with benches in front of Dauphin Street & Spot of Tea. Directly in front of a beautiful Catholic Church. FYI this place was originally the first cemetery in Mobile. I read on a website that they moved some, but not all the bodies to either the Church Street Graveyard or Magnolia Cemetary back in the 1700’s or 1800’s.

Beautiful, well kept square. Church on one side, archway and well maintained flowering bushes on the other. Night life had people walking through enjoying being outside. Lawn had kids playing and adults and dogs laying on the grass. Serene.

I was here for the George Floyd protest, both the 3pm rally and the 5pm vigil. The amount of love and support that was present for both events despite how one ended! The square remained peaceful!!!
