We went to Buzzed Bull Creamery for the first time after a show at the Seanger; the ice cream was absolutely delicious! The service was subpar at best. We entered the store 20 minutes or so before their closing time, they were very busy & there was a long line which makes sense considering the nearby, busy show had just let out. We didn’t mind the wait at all, it gave us ample time to review the menu & enjoy the AC. When we got up to the counter to order I attempted to ask what the base of the Tiger Stripes dish was, chocolate or vanilla ice cream, the woman taking my order was rude and kept saying neither & that she didn’t even like peanut butter so she couldn’t recommend it one way or the other… I just went ahead and ordered it (without alcohol), I wasn’t understanding that they are actually making the ingredients into ice cream from scratch, not using a base of ice cream & adding ingredients to it, she didn’t explain that at all but I was able to see them making it after I ordered. It’s really neat to see how they make it & I absolutely loved the Tiger Stripes dish!
A friend of ours ordered a milkshake, he ordered right after us and was waiting quite some time for his shake to come out after we’d gotten ours when a staff member came over & said she’d accidentally made an “extra” Tiger Stripes ice cream & asked if we wanted it, we told her we were still waiting on his milkshake, she & the girl at the counter acted like they didn’t know he’d ordered that & they clearly weren’t working on making it… luckily he had his receipt & they did (reluctantly) make it for him. They gave us the “extra” Tiger Stripes, unlike the one she’d just made me, this one was frozen solid so it was clear she hadn’t just made it fresh.
I noticed on Facebook that they had to unexpectedly close their shop the day before, I’m not sure what the reason for that was, maybe the staff were on edge due to losing a day of work prior or maybe the reason they were closed caused work to be more difficult for them the day we were there. My thought would be, if their store lost out on a day of being open, they shouldn’t have minded staying open a bit later than usual to serve more customers but while we were still eating our ice cream, they were very rudely turning other people away, telling them they “closed a while ago” & acting inconvenienced by the fact that we were still sitting inside eating our ice cream. I enjoyed the ice cream very much but probably won’t return again due to the...
Read moreI’d love to share my thoughts on Buzzed Bull, but unfortunately, I couldn’t make a purchase. However, I have concerns about their staff and operating hours.
Last Friday May 16th, my friends and I decided to give Buzzed Bull a try after dinner. We arrived around 9:15 PM, only to be informed that they were no longer taking orders. I was surprised, especially since their hours of operation for Friday are 2 PM to 10 PM.
We stood outside, contemplating our next move, as we watched many people enter and exit, also complaining about the situation. I hope the owners aren’t aware of this issue, and this review will help them address the problem if employees took it upon themselves to stop taking orders. If this is a standard practice, the owners should adjust their operating hours accordingly.
If you no longer take orders past a certain time, your doors should be locked, and your hours should reflect that time. If your signs say open until 10 PM, you should be able to order up to that time and then sit in the dining area to enjoy your ice cream.
As for the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, their only concern was a quick exit. The product may be wonderful but customer service is lacking. I’m hoping this was a one-off situation and not...

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Buzzed Bull Creamery! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — they took the time to explain the menu and even offered great recommendations based on what I was in the mood for.
Now let’s talk about the ice cream — it was next level. They make everything fresh with liquid nitrogen, and you can literally taste the difference. They even have dairy free options!! I tried one of their signature creations “the sorbet flight” and it was honestly one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. Whether you're going for something classic or completely out of the box, they nail it
And the alcohol options? Absolutely amazing. You can add a boozy twist to your dessert, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and fun. Whether you're in the mood for bourbon, vodka, or something lighter like rum, they have creative pairings that complement the flavors perfectly.
Can’t recommend Buzzed Bull Creamery enough — I’ll...
