Definitely wasn't a good experience. Had a warranty on the TV. That I bought from them and and had a little accident with my tv that was protected with my warranty But then when I brought my TV in They told me my warranty didn't cover The damage to my TV when It was literally minor it didn't need much at all And the accident that happened was actually in the warranty of being covered. So they refunded me the money back from the warranty But could it help me do anything else So I ended up having to spend money somewhere else on a new TV Which is sad because I loved the TV that I had and I ended up having to leave it there to be recycled. The manager was very rude and not understanding at all. I was going to end up buying a new TV there Since they couldn't help me fix my current one But I decided to take my business elsewhere.    Read moreWe purchased a bed from the Ashley Furniture store by their own âbed expertâ. We were sold the wrong size foundation. The entire process was a nightmare that never ended. Ashleyâs store policy when there is a mistake or grievanceâŚis to hand it off to a 800 # customer service number. They do not handle anything in house. After their mistake the shady delivery people that they subcontract delivered the wrong product. On the next trip to our house they made a big mess in our house. The following trip their next delivery company they hired took out our internet! All the while I had to call and tell my story again to a new 800 # cst. They took terrible notes and did little to rectify the situation. Perfect example of why you should spend a little more and shop a local store.    Read moreI came to the store on this particular day a Sunday I believe and I wanted to purchase a 75 inch Samsung frame TV and a LG craft ice refrigerator. As I get to the store I was in the store for about 35 40 minutes and the whole time I never was approached or Spoken too or anything the whole time. There was four associates hanging around and maybe a supervisor or manager by the register in home theater and not helping anybody. I understand if the store was super packed that I would understand you know the reason for not acknowledging but they werenât they were not busy this day there may have been like three people and home theater and maybe seven or eight people around the whole part of the store.
